The house photos were fabulous and we had multiple offers. The ultimate buyers got sticker shock when they saw the closing costs and almost backed out, but Ed was able to step in and keep the sale and make the closing. Fantastic experience: Ed was essential in selling our home. We had a niche property with a small market of possible buyers. Ed did a walk through and gave us the tough advice we needed to make the changes necessary to sell. His photographer took some of the best photos I've ever seen, created a 3-D walk through of the home, and it sold within a week. Ed then went on to prove himself in the purchase of our new home as we got into a bidding war for the property we wanted. Fantastic experience: I had a rental home to sell and interviewed 5 or so realtors the same day. Ed showed up prepared with comparable home sales in the area and a suggested a sales price and strategy. In order to get the sale price i wanted, painting, flooring, cleaning and some renovating was necessary. Ed provided contact info of contractors and suppliers when needed and followed up as to the progress. When the property went on the market it sold quickly for full asking price. Ed's suggested price & strategy were spot on.

Fantastic experience: We recently were looking for a home and Ed Constable was our realtor. Our price range was between 100,000 and 400,000. Ed did not hesitate to show us all houses in all price ranges he was VERY helpful as far as "no this is not what you are looking for" or "yes I think it might be a good fit" what I liked best about Ed was he did not look at the price of the house he looked at what we wanted, he also negotiated that way also. He could have just went with what the price of the home was, no he negotiated for what was best for us his commission was not a factor, that was awesome. If anyone is looking for a realtor to sell or to purchase a home he is your person you want on your side.

Fantastic experience: Ed was very helpful along every step of the way on our home purchase. We wanted to move fast and he definitely followed through. We gave him our list of properties to view on a Wednesday, had it set up to view on Thursday, put an offer in on Friday and our offer was accepted on Saturday.
