Fantastic experience: Gabrielle Letts is a very dynamic realestate salesperson. "Gabby" quickly marketed our house with a color mailer and with a website photo op of the house after staging the house using a professional photographer. The website also had a glowing written description. She sold our home in about a week and negotiated the selling price from $331,000 up to $345,000. If you want to aggressively sell your house Gabrielle Letts is a good marketing choice.

She dialed into what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home for us, sticking with us solidly through the closing and beyond. Everyone referred to us through her (finance, electrician, etc.) has also been amazing.

Fantastic experience: Gabby is hands down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with, she was always available, funny, insightful and really helped keep us grounded and focused as we searched for the perfect home. She helped us navigate the purchase process and my wife and I always knew what the next step would be as gabby kept us super informed. I will 100% work with her again on our next real estate venture and I can’t recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: Gabby was absolutely amazing. As a property investor, I've bought and sold many homes over the years and this was my first transaction with Gabby. We had tons of repairs, a difficult inspector, difficult buyers, and issues with the lender. Gabby was an absolute professional and handled everything for us with ease. Gabby knows the market exceptionally well and she is a fierce advocate for her clients. I cannot speak highly enough of Gabby and certainly recommend her for any real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience with Gabby! She was professional yet personable. The process of finding a home is always exciting yet stressful and Gabby was always ready with her thoughts on what would be the best fit for us and our lifestyle and goals. we had a lovely home searching time and could not have asked for a better fit in our shopping experience! Now we are in the home we love and are so excited to start this next part of our lives. If you’re looking a great realtor, you found her right here!

Fantastic experience: Gabrielle is amazing! We worked together for a year, saw our fair share of houses and I never felt like she was frustrated with me for saying no. She listened well to what I wanted and never asked me to settle. Her goal was the same as mine, find the perfect house and that’s what we were able to do. I would and recommend Gabrielle to everyone that I talk to that is looking for a house and if you choose to work with her you will find the house you’re looking for.

Fantastic experience: Gabrielle is amazing! She is very professional and always looks out for you. She goes above and beyond. We would do business with her again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Gabi worked with me every step of the way. As a first time homebuyer she made the process simple and found the perfect place for me!

Fantastic experience: Gabrielle first started off helping us by selling our house. She was quick to our responses on all the questions we had since it was the first time for us to sell our house. She even showed up for a walk through and go over some paper work with little Knick knacks for our 2 daughters so they had something to do while we were busy going over the important things, come one! Could you get an even better realtor?! This was also, mine and my husband, first time buying a house and Gabrielle made the whole experience such a breeze. She answered every question we had with no judgement. Even if we asked the same question probably five thousand times. She was very thorough with her work, and even words it made me learn a whole lot in the realtor aspect of things. The market is crazy right now for buyers and she just kept supporting us through the stress and reminding us after every offer that wasn’t accepted it just wasn’t meant to be. After 8 offers we finally found the forever home and we wouldn’t have been able to do any of this without her! She is so patient, and understanding especially with my very impatient husband...lol! Even though we won’t be moving again(due to finding our forever home ☺️), we will make sure any friends & family that are looking to move are referred to Gabrielle! Buying a house is a whole different experience that I never want to go through haha but having the right realtor makes it so much better! My family is so thankful that we got to work with Gabrielle!

Fantastic experience: FIRST TIME HOME BUYER. So it was like trying to speak another language very complex, difficult and frustrating (at first). That was until I found my REALTOR!! All of my questions were not just answered; but explained thoroughly alleviating any doubt or concern I had. Gabby's knowledge, experience and compassion for what she does is truly an example of "Do what you love and you never have to work a day in your life." Well except for my really early and really late phone calls/emails and never being able to truly be "on vacation". Our current market is not favorable for buyers. With that being said I was able to be confident with the reassurance of Gabby and keep moving forward until all my goals were met and the perfect house was mine!!!! Thank you so much Gabrielle! PS she got me a rock for my house warming gift that was my favorite part. (Long story)

Fantastic experience: We’ve had the pleasure to work with Gabby twice since 2018 and I would never think of using a different realtor. She has such a fun yet professional personality! Listing our home and trying to find a new one was a scary idea, but we fully put our trust into Gabby with her knowledge and experience. She was always very responsive, answered any questions we had, and very patient with us! Definitely found a friend while working with her

Fantastic experience: Thank you Gabby! You were a joy to work with, thank you for being so patient with me, we finally got it done. After three years of searching I’m confident I’ve found my home thanks to you! Looking forward to this next chapter, even though it’s not Lk. Ponemah I think I’ll manage ..... you’ll always be my Real estate agent but more importantly you’ll always be my friend! Thank you so much for all your hard work! From the Polidan boys

Fantastic experience: Gabrielle Letts was hardworking, honest and extremely helpful and professional. I recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a home!! We will definitely be acquiring her services for any of our future real estate buys or sells.

Fantastic experience: Gabrielle is top notch and always in our corner the whole way. She is awesome, amazing, and wonderful to work with. This will not be the last time we buy a home and look forward to working with her in the future!

Fantastic experience: Gabby was great to work with. She kept us in the loop at all times through the whole process. She was fun to work with yet professional. I can't say enough good things about her as our realtor. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Always there to answer any question I had at any time of day. Super helpful with me being a first time buyer. Would definitely work with Gabrielle again!!

Fantastic experience: We were so fortunate to have Gabby as our realtor! From the first meeting we could tell that we wanted her on our team. She took us through the process, set reasonable expectations and made a plan going forward. Like many salespersons Gabby also said that she would do whatever it took to sell our home but the difference with Gabby was..she did it. We sold our home while we were not only out of the country but couldn't get back because of the Covid. Gabby did everything from making sure the driveway was plowed to getting the septic tank emptied. We had the home sold once, then the Covid hit and we lost the buyer. Gabby just went back to work and found us another buyer with an even better offer! Though the whole process Gabby was so good at communicating and strategizing that we would often say..."Gabby gets it". We sincerely can not thank Gabby enough and could not give her a higher recommendation!

Fantastic experience: Gabby was perfect!! She was so patient and understanding. She definitely went above and beyond for us start to finish!

Fantastic experience: Gabby is awesome to work with, always very professional, positive and responsive. I would highly recommend her for a realtor.

Fantastic experience: From the moment we met, Gabrielle was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us through the complicated process of pricing our home, listing it, and selling it for full price to the first looker. As we decided on what and where we wanted to buy, Gabrielle assisted in finding properties for us to see, in addition to setting up showings of homes we found ourselves. I will recommend Gabrielle to any friends who may be thinking of buying and/or selling. There is no one else who can deliver more personal, thoughtful and knowledgeable service!

Fantastic experience: I could not have ask for a better agent! I mean it! She always kept me informed on everything which is so important especially since I was the seller. She's A 1 in my book!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Gabby is awesome! Communicates well, attentive, hard-working and will ensure you find your forever home without pressure. Very easy to work with! Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have had the privilege to work with Gabrielle! She is an amazing Realtor. Not only is she incredibly knowledgable, but she cares for her clients. She is a rock star!

Fantastic experience: Gabrielle was great throughout our home buying process. We had a long process going forward with a USDA mortgage and she updated me daily with all the information I needed. She made the process simple and I am very glad we decided to go with her. Thank you so much for all your hard work!!!

Fantastic experience: Gabby stuck it out with us for well over a year in our attempts to purchase a house. She is persistent, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. She took the time and made great efforts in learning what I wanted as well as what my husband needed. She never left our son out of the picture either! I truly believe we are in the house we finally bought because of her. She is the one who found it after all our failed attempts and MADE us come look on a whim, total last minute. We are so thankful for her complete dedication to helping us fulfill our dream!

Fantastic experience: Gabby was amazing! She is a great Agent! Fun, professional and will get the job done.

Fantastic experience: Our family of 6 quickly outgrew our 1200sqft home and we were desperate for help! We weren't quite sure if we could find something bigger without being house broke, while keep the kids in the same school district and manage 2 closings without being homeless or displaced. Gabby worked effortlessly and helped us acheive all of our goals. She was a rock star and I am confident she will help you too!

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Gabrielle many years ago and grew to know she is a skillful business woman of integrity. I was considering relocating and reached out to her to evaluate my options. She was honest and helped me realize it wasn't the right time for me to sell. I did not end up listing my home but when it's time, she will be my go-to Realtor! Thanks Gabby for your knowledge and guidance.
