Negative experience: Unhappy with the broker here. Agent presented an offer on our land which we signed and returned within their timebox. The following day the agent calls our agent and says the buyer didn't have his wife's buy in and wanted out of the deal... after including a note to the effect of "It's exactly what WE have been looking for" with the offer. We asked for the EMD, as was our right since there was no inspection period. Agent hadn't yet collected it, and the broker ignored our agent's requests after her initial "we're looking into the best option" response. Unprofessional to ghost our agent. Would never do business with this agency. In reply to the owner's response.... There may not have been phone calls or voicemails from my agent but I was blind copied on several emails to you and your agent that were ignored.

Fantastic experience: We chose Katie Euler to be our realtor as she has a background in interior design and flipping homes or building them from ground up. We knew she’d be able to answer our questions confidently with her experience. She was always prepared to meet us last minute for showings which was an added bonus, especially since you had to be fast to put an offer in on a home during the time we were buying. She sold our house for over asking and found us our dream home to move into. She goes above and beyond. Full circle real estate has some amazing women if you’re looking to sell or buy.

Negative experience: I am leaving this review as a warning to those looking to buy from this group. They had a listing on a house for 30k on 719 Lingle in Owosso MI. The house has a sagging roof, water standing in the basement, unfinished floors, ceilings that need redone. When I commented on Facebook highlighting those, my comment was removed almost instantly. When I commented how fast they removed my comment, I was blocked. Beware of companies that block those who are highlighting issues that might not be apparent to everyone so they can make a sale.

Negative experience: Disappointed and asked to be released from contract after myriad difficulties and challenges selling a home which was marked as "99% chance to sell faster than others". Terrible experience from top to bottom. People should investigate for themselves. Do review names match employees of this company? Is that dishonest? A quick scan finds several reviews are from actual current employees. Shameful business practice to mislead honest buyers and sellers like that, unfortunately that looks to be the case with full circle, the broker herself gave 5 stars, imagine that. There are some great people working there probably but I've had a really awful experience and am so happy with new company.

She goes above and beyond for her customers and no job is to big or to small. The team that she has works as a team. They are all their to help each other and help the clients.
