Fantastic experience: How lucky we were that Redfin paired us with Gary and his team!! Gary was so great to work with, excellent with communication, and very knowledgeable about the process. He understands this is truly a people business, and treated us and the sellers as people, really trying to help find the best compromise. Our deal was a bit tricky, and likely would've fallen through with a lesser agent. But Gary and his team made it happen! We'll definitely use him in the future for any other home purchases. Thanks so much for making this stressful process as smooth as possible!!

Fantastic experience: Gary was wonderful to work with! As a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions and long before we ever started tours homes, Gary took the time to talk me through the process and offer advice and recommendations when needed. When it came time to look at properties, he was able to line up almost all of the long lists of properties I hoped to view in a very short amount of time. Two other couples had recommended him to me and I would happily pass along my recommendation as well!

Fantastic experience: I am very fortunate to have had Gary Parkhurst as my realtor! Right from the beginning, Gary was very personable and professional. The entire experience was easy and seamless. If you are in the market for a home, please reach out to him. You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Gary was a recommended by a friend and we could not have been happier with his service. He came to our house and went over the whole selling process with us in detail (our first time selling a home). Our timeline was up in the air but as soon as we let him know we were ready he made it all happen within a week and we got a great offer the weekend it went on the market. He is extremely responsive and professional and knows the industry in and out. Gary even offered to help up with some pointers on purchasing our new house out of state. Fantastic experience: Gary was the best decision I made when selling my house. Right away he started working on our sale, even before hiring him he was winning my business. He really made it seem like we were his only clients. 5 out of 5

Fantastic experience: Gary Parkhurst did and amazing job, moved back from Dallas, Gary sent me daily updates on properties, made time for me when I came into Denver to look and got a great price. I will say this everyone is paying over ask, not me! In this market and Gary's extensive knowledge of it and the area. We found our perfect home. Gary got us the deal, and under contract fast. Thank you so much Gary. I wish I could give you more stars I really appreciate as does Becky what you did for us. We are so happy to be back here! 10 Stars!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I randomly met Gary when we started getting a bit more serious in our house search, and he was the agent we met with to get into a house we found on Redfin. That house didn't work, but we liked Gary's straightforwardness and friendliness, so we decided to work with him! I had a very specific idea in mind of what I wanted, and Gary never pushed his own agenda. I didn't think we'd ever find something that ticked all the boxes, but the moment we walked into the house I'm writing this review from, I knew this was it! Gary worked tirelessly to help make sure we would get it, then did amazing work getting our house ready to list. Buying and selling are stressful experiences, but he made sure to be right there with us every step of the way. Highly recommend Gary!

Fantastic experience: Gary was so great to work with. He was always available, easy to communicate with, and responsive to what our needs were. The process of buying and selling at the same time could not have gone smoother!

Fantastic experience: Gary made our home buying experience amazing. Day or night he was accessible and dedicated to helping us find our perfect home. We never felt pressured to make an offer. Gary was willing to show us as many houses as we wanted to find a good fit. He gave us honest insight on houses to walk away from that weren't a good fit. His network of professionals, from mortgage brokers to electricians, are some of the nicest people I've worked with. Our home buying experience felt easy and painless compared to what a lot of folks are going through, and I attribute that almost entirely to Gary's personality and expertise. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Fantastic experience: Gary once told me that he does his job, first and foremost because he loves it and loves helping people. I have to say it really shows. Gary has something the world could use more of.......... INTEGRITY!

Fantastic experience: We couldn't be more happy with Gary and the excellent job he did for us. We really felt he was looking out for our best interest and really helped out during the closing process. 5 Stars

Fantastic experience: Gary is excellent! In a very difficult market, he helped us find a house in two weeks! I am convinced that his expertise played a huge role in winning us the offer. He was always extremely supportive, honest and responsive, was willing to patiently explain the complex details of the real estate world, and always looked out for our best interest. There is no doubt in my mind that I will come back to Gary if I need to sell or buy a house in the future!

He's always there for you and is so helpful and just on top of his game. All the time. If you're looking for your first house or are looking at switching realtors, Gary is your guy!

Fantastic experience: Gary and his team are top notch. We used him to buy our house and then to sell again three years later. Nothing but hustle, great negotiating skills and the ability to flat out get it done. I'd recommend Parkhurst Realty to anyone, whether you're buying a home or investment property, Gary has an eye for what's right for your situation.

Fantastic experience: There for you every step of the way!

Fantastic experience: Gary has been our realtor for years, and for good reason. He has assisted us in buying 2 houses since 2018 and just recently assisted us with selling our first home. With each journey we are always astounded by the level of knowledge, expertise, and guidance he provides, all delivered in an incredibly amicable but professional manner that at no point seems fake or misleading. He is truly there for his clients, not just to make a quick sale. With both buying and selling, he explains each step thoroughly and accurately, and takes his client's thoughts and wishes into consideration first before providing advice on how to move forward. There has never been a time that we have been lead into the wrong direction, and we definitely would not be living in our dream home today if it weren't for his help. One of the most important aspects of buying or selling your house is finding a realtor you can trust, and Gary is that realtor. We recommend him to ALL our friends, family, and colleagues that are looking to buy or sell a home. You absolutely will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Gary is AMAZING! My husband and I were more than completely satisfied with our experience with Gary and are so happy that we chose him to be our realtor. He was knowledgeable, available and was always happy to answer all of our questions in a simplified way that we could understand. I have never felt more comfortable and secure in purchasing a home because I knew that we were in great hands. My husband and I chatted after our closing and we are both in agreeance that we cannot wait to be given the opportunity to be able to recommend Gary to a friend who is purchasing a home in the future. We will definitely be working with Gary again in the future. Thanks Gary, for taking great care of us!

Fantastic experience: Gary is very professional and experienced broker. I would definitely recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I first worked with Gary to help purchase a home for my parents who were moving from out of state and unfamiliar with the area. He was such a pleasure to work with that my husband and I used him as our realtor to purchase our first home in Colorado. I highly recommend Gary as he is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the process of buying a home enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Gary is amazing at his job. He is patient and listens to his clients needs. I never felt pressured and he found me a great home!!!!

Fantastic experience: Me and Gary just closed on a deal we were working on, and I could not be more thrilled with my home. Being a first time home buyer, Gary went out of his way to make sure I had full understanding of the process, what steps were completed, which step would be next, and a full time line all the way to close. I never put pen to paper without a clear understanding of the documents I was signing because Gary was always there to break it down for me, and he worked with my busy schedule close just 35 days after I was preapproved! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Gary made the home buying process a breeze. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We put an offer on a house that was on the market for 24 hours. The house was our dream house and had 9 offers on it. I can honestly say that Gary’s understanding of what it would take to win the house was the difference between our offer compared to the other 8. If we didn’t have Gary as our Realtor, I highly doubt we would have landed our dream home! Couldn’t recommend him more!

Fantastic experience: Gary was a great realtor for us!! We just bought our first home and he made sure we knew everything we were doing, every step of the way. He listened to our needs and wants and made sure we were aware of any new listings that met those. He always replied to our questions in a timely manner. He was very respectful and friendly. I would recommend you to use Gary!

Fantastic experience: Working with Gary to buy and sell our house was incredible. We have bought two houses and sold one with him. I can’t imagine doing it with anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Gary is the BEST and ONLY realtor we would ever recommend. We started talking to him before we even moved across halfway across the country. He dedicated months to helping us find our home. Extremely organized and always had our best interests at heart. Not only did he help us look at properties but he used his knowledge about houses and helped us if he saw any damage or issues with the property. We are so very grateful for having met him and we could not of asked for a better realtor.

Fantastic experience: Gary is extremely responsive and transparent as a realtor. He probably took me to about 10 showings and was able to get them scheduled almost as soon as I asked to see them. Anytime I had a question through the porcess of searching for a home as well as closing on my condo, Gary would always answer his phone or get back to me very quickly with answers, ideas, and solutions. Buying a home is stressful, and something ALWAYS happens. Things got sticky towards the end of my escrow and Gary was very creative in finding solutions to make it a win-win for all parties. I would recommend Gary as a realtor to anyone (especially first time home buyers who are intimidated by the process).

Fantastic experience: Gary was efficient, professional and met every need throughout the process of selling our home. Gary was constantly in touch and kept the lines of communication open and honest. We would highly recommend Gary for selling and buying homes in Colorado as he was by far the most excellent agent we have worked with. Finally, his team at Metro followed suit and each step was clear and concise with every communication.

Fantastic experience: We reached out to Gary for assistance in locating a home for our family after working with 2 other realtors unsuccessfully. His knowledge and service were head and shoulders above the others. We were relocating for work from Houston and not very familiar with Colorado homes or the process here. After the first day of showing us potential homes, we knew we had the right guy to assist us on our journey. If you are in the need of a realtor, you will not find a more helpful guy for your search. He is really the best and not only did we find a great realtor, but someone we can now call a good friend.
