Fantastic experience: Sreedhar is the best in town!! Closed a house recently with Sreedhar’s help. As a first time homebuyer we were blindsided and unaware of few things during home visits and closing. He made sure he was there and worked out differences with builders. He also continued to follow up after closing to make sure everything is fine with the house. First time home buyer or investor, regardless, You need someone like Sreedhar all the way!

Negative experience: Stay away from this realtor and real estate office. Sreedhar is RUDE! When things don't go his way he threatens you! Of course his #1 reply is I don't have such a client in my data base. Please save your self the headache and disrespect and stay away from this man. He still thinks that he is back home and can treat people with no respect as he hold a position of power. Or so he thinks. I am a women and I can see that he has "O" respect for women and their intellegence. All of the reviews that are positive are mainly from his own family and personal friends. Consider your self warned!

Negative experience: Worst experience I ever had was dealing with this property management company

Negative experience: Worst ever experience, he got two tongues and always changes terms before signing the contract versus after signing the contract. Whoever working with him - make sure Documentation , documentation , documentation never ever trust his words as he talks more. He always adds exceptions to provide documentation and never provide documentation make sure to have documentation otherwise there are several other realtors in market you can find who can provide documentation. After signing the contract he never answers the calls and ignores you also he is not honest on realtor credits. There are several complaints in regards to property management and as a realtor. For this review expected response is similar to other bad reviews - I dont know who is Amulya. :)

Negative experience: My husband and I applied for a rental home Sreedhar was managing. I explained that we may come in short of making three times rent but offered 3-4 months rent paid up front instead. We have over 800k in equity in the form of a paid off home and are not exactly struggling financially. Sreedhar encouraged me to fill out the application and pay the $100 application fee which I took to mean he would work with us. We have excellent credit, no criminal history and have been homeowners for the last decade. Sreedhar took my $100 and then dropped off the face of the planet. He has not responded to my last three emails. My family then lost a weeks worth of time in applying for rental homes. He never checked our credit or backgrounds or references so I’m not sure what exactly my $100 application fee went to. I kindly requested a refund which he also ignored. Disgusted and disappointed at the complete lack of communication. He is breaking the law and can’t take two seconds to respond to my emails. Run far away unless you want to be scammed out of your money.

Fantastic experience: Sreedhar is extremely knowledgable, very experienced realtor, and genuinely a nice person in the Denver real estate market. He was very patient with us, provided us honest and valuable opinions when needed, and most of all, NEVER PUSHED us into buying any house. He got us an amazing price on the house, he has a great reputation with the new home builders (Meritage Homes, Lennar, Richmond, etc.) and knows how to negotiate with them in his unique ways. Fantastic experience: This is my first home buying experience and Sreedhar made it incredibly easy for me! Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable in the whole process but he is also very transparent with any and all negotiations with the seller. Sreedhar went out of his way to help me on several occasions including financing and home inspection.... He was able to negotiate a hefty $6500 towards the closing costs for me after the house inspection while I was expecting a much lower number!! If any of my friends is buying a house, I'd absolutely refer him without a second thought..
