Fantastic experience: Jordan is everything you'd look for when doing business with some one. Especially considering that purchasing or selling a home will be the largest transaction most people ever make. Buying a home is a big deal and can be very stressful. Especially for a first time home buyer. I can be difficult to work with. I ask a lot of questions and then question the answers I am given. If I don't like the answer, I will let it be known. Jordan handled every single question I asked calmly, honestly, and effectively. His answers were eloquent and easy to understand. He doesn't try to hide anything from you and not once did I ever feel like he was trying to take advantage of my ignorance or make me feel like he just wants the paycheck. Which is why I have referred at least 4-5 friends to him and every single one of them thanked me afterwards and told me how great of an experience it was.

Well needless to say he was wrong! It took $260k but it is our dream home that appraised for over $660k in just 24 months. Would I recommend Jordon? Only if I wanted to find my dream home along with adding some financial stability.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give Jordan more than 5 stars. 7 years I’ve had him as my realtor and I recommend him to everyone I know. In my family only he’s helped sell 3 houses, helped buy 2, and is about to sell my current home and help me buy another.
