Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Management at Keller Williams Realty Smart stepped in directly and handled our situation perfectly. They were highly professional, listened to our concerns, and followed through exactly as planned to execute an unconditional Mutual Release. We deeply appreciate the leadership team's prompt, amicable, and fair intervention to resolve this matter. Thank you to the management team for doing the right thing and honoring their commitment to customer service. My wife and I had to sign a contract/agreement in order to be shown some homes in the Lakeland area. We were not interested in any of the homes and expanded our search with the KW Smart Realtor, I gave the realtor a list of potential homes in Solivita a 55+ community an hour Southwest of Lakeland. Once we got there, it was quite apparent the realtor had no clue about the area, community or the layout (fish out water). When we flew back home, I had a meeting with my KW realtor and explained to him, this Smart Realtor knew nothing about Solivita. We are not buying just home but purchasing into a community with 6000 homes, 2 championship golf courses,14 swimming pools, restaurants, five manned security gates, on and on. I do not need just a realtor but an expert. So we contacted the SMART? Realtor and she refused to let us out of our contract??? How RUDE! Now I will wait the three months, get out of the contract and NEVER USE KW again!! Which I used before but never again!

It wasn’t just theory — it was about application. I left class with clear action steps, a better understanding of how to prioritize my 20%, and a stronger sense of accountability to myself and my goals. Fantastic experience: Robin Pascale - The Best In The Business! During my twenty-seven years as a career officer in the U.S. Navy, my family and I were relocated to new duty stations on a regular basis. Those relocation experiences afforded us the opportunity to work successfully with many real estate professionals over the years. My wife, Cheryl, found Robin's robust and informative listing and we were impressed with the quality of the description and photos of the house. There was even a link to view the home via a YouTube video! We loved the house from the start and spoke to Robin that very day for over two hours as she answered the myriad of questions we asked. We scheduled a showing and prepared to drive the 1560 mile round trip from Lafayette, LA to Auburndale, FL. Upon arrival, as idyllic as 500 Lake Juliana Drive appeared, it became clear that the maintenance and upkeep had been vastly neglected due to a personal family tragedy suffered by the previous owner. We made an offer via a contract which was accepted by the Seller. In working with the Seller, Robin was exceedingly generous with her availability and 24/7 support as a friend in this transaction. For many days, she actively helped with packing AND cleaning; doing everything she could to support the Seller through this somewhat sensitive and challenging evolution. Our commitment to repair, renovate, and revive this lovely home is heartfelt, but, coming from out-of-state and not being familiar with reputable contractors or service technicians, our task at hand holds the potential of being daunting and unduly costly. Robin provided us with an inclusive list of several reliable, noteworthy contractors and technicians, all of whom responded affirmatively to being interviewed and giving written estimates. Cheryl and I attest that Robin went WELL above and beyond to assist both the Seller and the Buyers to bring this to fruition. Fantastic experience: What a pleasure it was working with John Carter, KW in Lakeland Fl. My husband and I were finally able to search for our dream retirement home for winter months. We were interested in a place that was almost an hour from Lakeland and John was so accommodating to us, letting us take all the time we needed and as many houses we wanted to look at in order to find the perfect one. We started looking with him in October when Hurricane Milton which delayed being able to look at homes for over a week. During that time John kept sending us homes that he felt would interest us. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were looking in Lakeland FL for our new home and realized our current realtor wasn’t truly an expert in the area we wanted to focus on. We set out on our own but quickly realized navigating a crazy market in an unfamiliar area proved difficult at best. We met many realtors when out looking but never bonded or felt a connection with any, albeit many were skilled and professional realtors. One sunny Saturday afternoon while out scouring open houses we walked into a modest home and came across Lori Edwards. Lori was charismatic, likable and energetic. We loved the fact she brought a team to her open house, to include a mortgage broker! This was impressive to say the least and showed us she was all in for her client. Talking to Lori we knew we had found a true gem of a person as well as a knowledgeable and highly motivated realtor. We called Lori on the way home and asked for her assistance with our home search. We knew she was the one who would guide us to our new Lakeland home. Lori, we soon discovered, was a retired Lakeland police officer, her background made her knowledgeable about the community, neighborhoods and intangibles only a local and community servant can know. Lori is savvy and can read her clients, was never overbearing or aloof as some agents can be. She listens to what people say and works with the client to identify what they want….not what she thinks they should want. This is a nuanced ability and many never understand the value someone who has mastered this skill can achieve for their clients and their ultimate selection of a home. True to her promise Lori located a new build that checked the blocks for us and we were soon under contract. We’ve been in the house for a few weeks now and have zero regrets and the location meets all of our needs. That’s the hallmark of an attentive, focused agent that isn’t pushing someone into a house to cash that commission check. She was highly recommended by my sister who had already been through the process of buying a home in Winter Heaven, FL. In my case, I was moving from Arizona to Florida and needed a lot of guidance in order to make the right decisions when buying a home in a new city and state. Not being familiar with the area, Ashley immediately put me up to date in the housing market in central Florida. I was very impressed by Ashley’s professionalism and great instinct to decipher and anticipate the current housing market. After my first contact with her, I knew I was dealing with a very competent, no-nonsense, straightforward realtor. I was still living in Arizona, with an estimated move in date into FL, and Ashley, not wasting any time, put me in contact with a trusted mortgage loan officer in Lakeland, FL to start the process of buying a home. Once in Winter Heaven, I was able to get a job and also get pre-approved for a mortgage loan. Ashley took the initiative again and set up different house showings which resembled the most characteristics I was looking for in a home. After only 3 showings and 2 bids, Ashley was able to get me the home I was looking for, really unusual considering today’s market. From beginning to end of the process, Ashley made me feel at ease. I am licensed in another state and joined with a broker that had me sign a contract and then never followed up with me again. Everyone I've interacted with at the office has been wonderful and I'm so happy I was brought on!
