Fantastic experience: First off, Natalie Olencamp was extremely patient with my husband and I. We are not known to be easy to work with. We have high standards and expectations. Natalie professionally and politely met and exceeded those expectations. She explained each step in the process effortlessly. Natalie accommodated us from start to finish. She is a plethora of resources as well. We were able to promptly get contacts for work that needed to be done on the home we purchased. We didn’t just use a realtor, we gained a friend!

Negative experience: We were working with Michael and it started off really well. He called every week to check in.. we got an offer on the house and accepted it then the phone call stopped. We had to call him and try to find out any information. We had a closing date. Our new place wasn’t gonna be ready for a couple of weeks after the closing.. So we got a hotel room . The night before we were supposed to close We received an email saying they were lacking a piece of paper. The closing got pushed out another week. Meanwhile, we’re in a hotel our stuff is in storage. Spent 1500 on a hotel when we didn’t have someone dropped the ball. Either you guys the closing company should’ve known that a paper was missing well before the night before. After I left the review that he asked for he has blocked me on phone calls. This is how you guys run your business very unprofessional!

Positive experience: Personally, I would not have picked Berkshire Hathaway so I'm reluctant to disclose much information. My personal experience with them was through a employee/realtor in the selling of my house. The realtor that I dealt with is the only reason I used BH. The four-star rating I give is for her not the Co.

Fantastic experience: We have known Chuck Hoffman for over 13 years. He is an excellent realtor. We used Chuck’s services when we purchased our property in Lakeland, FL in 2012 and when we sold in 2023. He has always been very prompt to respond to all of our questions and needs with honesty and integrity. Moreover, he is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in Florida and is intimately familiar with all the trends (Statewide and locally in Polk County) and what to expect in the evolving real estate market. After about a couple of months of listing our property with him to sell it, and not having received any offers, we asked him if we should lower our asking price. He gave us a very honest answer with our best interest in mind. He told us to be patient and not lower our asking price, that the market was going through some ups and downs and that we should stay firm with our asking price. Sure enough, we receive a very good offer which was above the local average. Further, whenever there were any problems with the transaction, he was there to walk us through it. We highly recommend Chuck Hoffman as a Realtor.

Fantastic experience: Wow!!! Stephanie is the girl you want! She goes above and beyond the call of duty. To make a long story short, we had five houses all stacked like dominoes when we were selling our house in NY and buying our house here in Fl. Our ny relator was not keeping on top of things as he should have been, for two weeks we struggled to get ahold of him or our lawyers HOWEVER, Stephanie all the way down in Florida was working diligently and getting in contact with all the ny relators and lawyers to keep all the deals moving forward a Job of ny relator was supposed to be doing. Stephanie puts all of her into her work for her clients, she is diligent and makes sure you are a priority. She knew we had crazy circumstances and anything that could go wrong was going to but she had a solution to everything that came up and worked around the clock there were times she was sending emails 9 at night and then back at it the very next morning as well. She helped coordinate Airbnbs for us when we left ny to come to fl while we waited for our houses to closes. And when we signed and deals were done she still was looking out for us. Making sure we were settling. Checking to see if we needed anything and even recommending cool things to do with the kids “in case we needed a break from unpacking”. We will never use anyone other than Steph! And we will recommend her to everyone we know. You can’t find a better realtor that knows her stuff and goes above and beyond like her.

Fantastic experience: Selling a 20 acre horse farm in a remote area of northwest Florida is no easy task. Having tried other marketing avenues, we were somewhat dejected by the lack of interest in a premier enterprise. Jason Stone and the Berkshire/Hathaway team took those "fears" and laid them aside. We were amazed at the overwhelming response their efforts produced...an outstanding end-result!

Fantastic experience: As first time home buyers, the process of buying a home can be overwhelming. When we were first getting in to it, we had no idea what we were doing, where we were going, or what possibilities were even open to us. As soon as we made the call to Katie Smith, everything started coming together very quickly. She not only introduced us to the process of buying a home, but walked us through every step of the process; she explained every step, made sure we understood what we were getting in to and what was needed, always making sure we were comfortable with the direction we were taking, and never letting us proceed with any part of the process without laying everything out for us and involving us in every little step and decision. She listened to our wants and needs, worked very hard to find us a home that fit within our criteria, and gave us every opportunity and tool available to us to present a winning offer to the buyer. In this crazy market, the process of finding and then successfully offering on a home felt daunting, stressful, and often times discouraging...however it felt like Katie was holding our hands and carrying us through the entire experience. We felt like we really had a team working HARD for us, helping us through the whole ordeal. I cannot even imagine what insanity the experience would have been had I not called Katie. We could not have done it without her, she is truly amazing! Thanks to Katie and the rest of the team that worked with us, we will be moving in to our first home this month!
