Fantastic experience: We've been involved in 10 real estate transactions over the past 8 years., the latest in 2024. So I feel like I can make a full comparison between my previous and current Realtor experiences. Hello Florida Real Estate are levels above other companies because of their level of professionalism, knowledge of the area, being deal makers, and having great contacts for services. They made the home selling (2 homes) and buying (2) a painless experience. This is not to say we didn't run into snags. It was the way they dealt with those snags, even in the 11th hour. This puts them above all other real estate companies. I can't say one thing that I was unhappy with. They handled all of the inspection appointments, staging, open house, repair services, loan company...etc. They set the tone with everyone we had to conduct business with and everyone shared their admiration and respect in working with Hello Florida Real Estate over the years.
