Negative experience: Horrible. She is the most conniving person and will say whatever you want to hear to make the deal. She has conned vendors, even misrepresented contracts. She was given a chance to make things right and instead avoids you and blocks you. BBB will be next to know. Stay far away!

Fantastic experience: Melissa was an absolute gem to work with. I can’t stress enough on her ability to go above and beyond to find me my dream home. Because I was living over 800 miles away, I had to rely on virtual tours given by Melissa via FaceTime. She must have drove to 20+ homes for me, and each time was transparent and honest on what she thought about each residence. Whether the traffic outside was heavy, loud noise, imperfections on the house, dated appliances, the list goes on. Most importantly, was her thorough and timely communication. If I submitted a text with any questions or concerns, she responded instantly. Furthermore, if she didn’t know the answer to something, she would find out and get back to me (rather than assume). That went a long way with me, and I promise it will with you too.
