Fantastic experience: We are looking to move to the Jacksonville area from about 4 hours away. We don’t know anything about the area and we have kids from toddlers to teens. Andres took us around the city, showed us houses in areas that would be better for us as a family with our needs and within our budget. He was super helpful with navigating the area. Showed us schools, shopping, gave us insight on the areas we wanted to be in and the areas that we want to avoid. He is a very friendly and relatable person that gave us the immediate feeling that he wanted the best for us. And he worked hard to make that happen in a very short period of time. I first spoke to Andre’s on a Friday and he had properties scheduled to show us that fit our needs by Sunday. Because we’re moving to a foreign city we are looking to rent for the first year to make sure the kids are happy and able to acclimate fine. Andres did all this work for us and doesn’t normally even take on rentals. I would give Andre’s 10 stars if there was an option and when we decide to buy we will definitely be using Andres to assist us in that transition as well. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Una amiga me recomendó a Andres de Norena Team y su muy buena experiencia como primera compradora, de como logró comprar su casa con Andres y como le orientó para encontrar beneficios para pagar un downpayment bajo y como le acompañó durante todo el proceso. Pues puedo confirmar que fue exactamente como me lo recomendó, Andres estuvo muy pendiente de cada paso y como asegurarse de que todo saliera bien y presionar para que el vendedor arreglara defectos que encontró el inspector. Fantastic experience: As first time home buyer and single mother, I had a lot of hesitations on how to buy a good house and what will be the best way to negotiate. I was recommended Norena Team and they were a blessing, they were able to identify a home in the area I was interested and the best part, even though it was with a new construction, they were able to negotiate a discounted price, closing costs, appliances and get a secure a great interest rate promotion. They are well connected and made everything work with ease with the lender and were a great support during the entire process, answered all the different questions I had and their expertise during the inspection of the property, you would think that being a new build, you don’t have to worry, but that alone was a huge benefit, because I felt safe to have professionals looking out for me and protecting my family’s interest, they found different deficiencies that I would not have identified and could have become a potential issue. Fantastic experience: We had a very short timeframe to relocate from Memphis to St. Augustine, and we had no idea where to start or if it would even be possible to meet our tight deadline and high expectations. Fortunately, we found Andrés and Sandra. Initially, we were uncertain, but their expertise and professionalism quickly put us at ease. They managed an extensive marketing campaign for our Memphis home, including multiple open houses, and secured a buyer in record time. They not only negotiated the sale at our asking price but also got us to closing in less than a month—an incredible achievement. Fantastic experience: Venta y Compra exitosa!! Tenía mucho nerviosismo para vender mi casa, desconocía todo el proceso y en especial por qué mi esposo era quien se encargaba de esas cosas antes de su fallecimiento. They worked closely with the lender to get the best loan, plus they did their best to protect my interests, by getting proper inspections and repairs to make sure I didn’t have any issues down the road. Fantastic experience: Sold at the asking price! Listing my home was easier than I ever could have imagined, so I feel very lucky to have worked with such an experienced and caring person. Andres Norena was upfront , honest and on top of things from the first meeting, explaining potential eventualities to be aware of. Andres had an initial meeting with me, discussed and recommended some fixes and upgrades. He carefully explained what needed to be done, and how it would effect / increase the final sale price. Initially I did not want to follow his proposal, but I’m glad I did , his advice and recommendations worked like a charm, and we sold the house for more than we initially expected. He even found a team of excellent workers who fixed our property, Andres was very involved on every stage of the repair works, basically being a project manager, always having our best interests in mind and making sure we stick to our budget , truly exceptional!!.we had an offer in 10 days. Unfortunately, two days prior to closing , the buyer decided to terminate the offer and has asked for the earnest money to be refunded. In the end, Andres fought and negotiated in our best interest, and we received the earnest money in two days. After this difficult experience with the buyer, I was very skeptical and discouraged about listing my home back to the market. Andres initiated another intense and strong marketing campaign. To my surprise, I was shocked that we received an offer in 3 days and at a better price than the first offer and more than the average homeowner likely would in that area. In the end, the closing process was smooth and we couldn't have asked for a better money saving experience!. I truly always felt like my concerns were Andres’s first priority. I could not ask for a better Realtor. He cares so much and helps you to make the best decision for you and your family. I highly recommend Andres to friends, family, and strangers! And would use him again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Buying the first home from out of town made us very nervous, especially because we had to trust someone we didn’t know either. I was lucky that a relative recommended Andres and Sandra from the Norena Team, because they supported us every step on how to make the best decision. We encountered huge challenges with the listing agent, who wasn’t very ethical, however Andres was able to find a way to overcome those obstacles and beat the odds in a very professional and skillful manner. We even had complications with the title company the listing agent chose, but once again, Andres was able to deliver great results and get us all the way to the closing table. We are super happy of being able to grow our family in our new home. The Norena Team demonstrated to be the best and can highly recommend them, especially to those moving to a different city!

Fantastic experience: Relocating from South FL to an unknown city wasn’t easy! And not knowing who to trust makes it more difficult, but I had someone that recommended Andres from Norena Realtors and he was simply great!! He was very responsive, always willing to do FaceTime to show us the house. More importantly sharing important information about the city and the neighborhood. We didn’t get to see the house until closing day, so we were very nervous, but the trust we gave to Andres was rewarding and did not disappoint. not to mention that we had serious complications on which Andres demonstrated high skills to negotiate and make sure we had the home. I highly recommend Andrés and Sandra from Norena Team, because they care about finding the best home and make our family’s needs the priority.
