Fantastic experience: My wife and I closed on our first home in St. Johns County in early April and couldn’t be happier with our experience through this office. Staci and Audrey were excellent throughout the entire process responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we landed in the right home. What really set this team apart was what happened after closing. We discovered a significant attic issue that required major remediation work. Without hesitation, Staci and Mr. Watson personally stepped up to help make it right no pushback, no runaround, just people who genuinely stood behind their clients when it counted. That’s not something you see often in real estate. This office has earned a customer for life.

If you are looking for a respectable, patient, caring and humble man to work with, he’s your guy! Hans was there for us when we sold our house and when we build our new home. During the pandemic I might add. He adds value to all the appointments, helping us see things we may not see ourself or not even thinking of. Fantastic experience: Conveniently located on county 210 across from Cimarrone Golf Club. Good parking area and you can use their meeting room for HOA or community meeting for Free. Their agents are very friendly and if they don't have the answer then they usually point you to the right direction.
