I just used him again to sell my fathers house in Parma. Now I will say he and his team are slipping because this time it took almost 48 hours! After my offer was accepted there ended up being a lot of difficulty with the loan for the buyers of my California house and he was on top of things and in constant communication with my agent there and the California buyers loan company. We interviewed several real estate agents and hands down decided on Brian, even though his projected list price on the house was lower than the other agents we interviewed. Why? Because he obviously knew the business and what it would take to get us where we wanted to be on price. From the first time he was in our house, to receiving the final check he was totally awesome. He was able to easily troubleshoot a few "bumps" because of his professionalism and the other real estate agents he knows and always kept us in the loop with what was going on.
