Howard Hanna Avon

Fantastic experience: Bob was very helpful in closing a quick deal. His communication was outstanding and I will definitely recommend him to clients in the future.

Fantastic experience: 100% satisfied with my Howard Hanna home buying experience! Thank you Stephanie Nagy Realtor for always being available! And, also assisting and expediting the move in process! Thank you Bob Wilson for your guidance and direction with the home mortgage process!

Fantastic experience: Bob Wilson was fantastic. Constant communication throughout the process really put our minds at ease. I recommend having Bob in your corner for this process in your home purchase. He really puts you first and makes you feel like his only client and we can't tell you how important that was to us. Kudos to you, sir. We will use you for every purchase in the future.

Fantastic experience: Everything was seamless! Bob explained every step, he was diligent and ensured we felt comfortable throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: Working with Howard Hanna was such a pleasure. And it is not over yet even after the process is complete. My agent, Diane Hexter, stays in touch with me to keep us informed in regard to moving process, transferring our utilities and etc.. Bob Wilson is my loan officer who has been helping me so far. He is very professional and organized so just following the track as he advises is going to make every process so easy as 1-2-3. Howard Hanna is not only a one top shopping for purchasing a house, but also a place where the company meets, guides and supports their customers during the courses of purchasing process and even after.

Fantastic experience: Medeana Hobar is the bees knees, the cats pajamas, the most magical realtor and beautiful human!! She is amazing with first time home buyers and I never felt pressured or rushed with her she takes her time and has an incredible amount of patience and made everything super easy for us!! 10/10 would use again

Fantastic experience: Bob Wilson was a pleasure to work with and an expert advisor.

Negative experience: A realtor named Sharon Zeinert from the Avon office came to my neighborhood last weekend. She was dropping off a white pumpkin to each house with her business card attached. My 7 year old son and I drove past her on our way home and he was excited to get a pumpkin. Well Sharon got to my part of the neighborhood and my neighbor and myself watched her stop at every house except for ours. We then realized that the we are the only 2 houses in the back part of the neighborhood that have Trump signs in our yards. Later that day I was on a walk and saw one of my neighbor who lives on the next street over so I asked her if she received a pumpkin. She also had not received one (she also has a Trump sign) and she also watched her deliver a pumpkin to all of the houses around her! If you are a Republican I would suggest going through a different reality company and a different realtor. I don’t care about the pumpkin but my 7 year old son sure did, I’m just in shock that this realtor discriminated against us because of a political sign.

Fantastic experience: Our Realtor, Barbie Corba, was AWESOME! She explained things well about each step of the process. She was informative and made us feel relaxed with this adventure in our lives! Everyone at Howard Hanna Avon had very quick responses to our questions or concerns.

Fantastic experience: Working with Rob was great! He is very knowledgeable and was always available to answer all of our many questions. He made sure to keep us up to date with our loan application. We would highly recommend working with Rob to anyone looking to buy a home!

Fantastic experience: Rob has worked with several of my buyers. They all have been quite pleased with his organization and prompt service. In the past, Rob was able to close on a house in 2 weeks! Also, Rob has quoted my buyers thousands less than other lenders for closing costs. Most importantly, he gives each client the individualized attention that they need. Thanks Rob!

Fantastic experience: We had the double pleasure to work with Rob and Ava. +A to both for their services. They both made it easy, quick, professional, and we could not have been happier with the results. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Rob was great and the process was quick, seamless and easy!

Fantastic experience: Fast, informative, and supportive!

Fantastic experience: If your looking for an agent, Ava Hixenbaugh is great! She helped me acquire a home as a first time home buyer in Avon Lake and it was such an enjoyable process. She was professional, quick to respond and very knowledgeable with all questions/concerns I had. Working along side her and the Howard Hanna team, things could have not gone any better. Thank you Ava & the Howard Hanna Avon team for helping me find the perfect home!

Fantastic experience: Rob was the best, hands down. He went above and beyond in every aspect. He helped us close 2 weeks early, and was always one step ahead of everyone else - making sure that no issues were to arise. It was so smooth and simple because of him. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Rob and his team are the best. Communication was excellent, and couldn't have been any better.

Fantastic experience: Rob is the best!! He made this crazy process so smooth and was so helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an agent Donna Templeton is your gal. She has the experience and very knowledgeable on the current market. She listens to all your wants and needs. Always there for you to answer any questions and makes you feel like family and is with you every step of the way. She was there for us and made the process easy to sell our home and buy a new one at same time. My family and I highly reccommend donna.YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Negative experience: My only interaction with this branch is with Donna Templeton (Agent) after closing, when I requested the physical keys to the home we purchased. She represented the sellers, and completely shirked any responsibility of making sure our agent received the keys to the home. She instead gave a number to a locksmith to our agent so that the financial burden to re-key the locks fell on him. It sounds crazy, right? When a person has over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate business, you would think that this would be one detail that would not be overlooked. I do not know how a person with integrity sells a home without providing keys, and then uses the excuse that it was a coded door lock so she never had access to the keys, as an excuse to never provide them. It is the duty of the agent, to make sure these fine details are taken care of and that the closing is as seamless as possible. I was told by Donna, that during the final walkthrough I should have received keys, and that it is no longer the seller's responsibility to provide these keys. I asked numerous times for the keys to both the shed and the home during and after walkthrough, but was told I would not have access to them until the title was transferred to us through our title company. So, if the walkthrough occurs prior to title transfer, then how was I supposed to receive the keys? And if she didn't have the keys to turn over, why was I sold a house with no ability to access, aside from a code that was programmed by the seller? Many questions arise from this sale, and I do plan to take steps to remedy this, it's just a shame I have to do this on my end, instead of the selling agent taking on this responsibility since it was her job at one point. I'm sure if the house didn't close yet, she'd be bending over backwards for me, but since we already closed, our conversation ended with her disconnecting my call because she "had other things to do". I wish I had a better review to report...

Fantastic experience: Great agents supported by a great team. Excellent location just off the highway, and close to all Avon has to offer.

Negative experience: WARNING!!!! Do not waste your time!!!! Jeff Cain is absolutely horrible! I contacted Howard Hanna and they forwarded me to Jeff Cain to list my property in Euclid on the lakefront. This guy doesn’t follow up and will completely waste your time.

Negative experience: Worse house buying experience ever. Will never buy or sell a house through this company.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Company & Great Agents!!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to be with this office. The office staff is so supportive of all the agents and the agents help each other along with our great office manager Meghan Kopp. Not to mention we have the best Loan officer Rob Hixenbaugh who works hard to make sure our clients are happy and satisfied.

Fantastic experience: A great group of agents that work and play well together! Fantastic central location to serve you better!

Fantastic experience: The people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area I will go back to them anytime

Negative experience: Avoid realtor Rick Misencik.
