We had some long days looking at homes together, yet he never seemed inpatient or demanding in any way. Consummate professional. We really felt as though he was looking out for our best interests as the buyers.

Negative experience: We were not pleased with the professionalism of our second agent, many mistakes made from the beginning with the bidding process ... all the way to the end with the negotiating. We felt the agent did not work for us! We were not happy at all...were going to back out and we were told it was going to be taking care of and fixed, false promises! Fantastic experience: Kelsey Porter is a wonderful realtor! My wife and I are first-time home buyers who started out just dipping our toe in the water to get a feel for the market and we weren't in any rush. Kelsey was happy to work with us to set up searches and filters on the online portal that we could browse at our leisure. She was very patient with us as we started seeing homes and answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information that would help us find the right home for us. Communication was easy and we had complete trust in her. When we found the house that we loved, she worked diligently to get our offer in and to get questions answered by the seller. I called the listing office to view it, and luckily for me Salam was the agent who was available for a showing. I had every intention of shopping for a realtor, they are not all equal .
