Negative experience: We used Maria P to sell our home. It was on the market for 4 months. She did not have an open house, home was not shown many times. There was very little communication from Maria letting us know when there were showings. In reading the KW booklet about communication it describes what we would be getting. Boy, was that page wrong. We feel she lacked in communication. Very disappointed in her. We are very sorry we used her as our realtor.
