Fantastic experience: Eric was the consummate professional from the very moment we met him at an open house he was hosting. He, enthusiastically, showed us several houses . He, unequivocally, shared with us the positive and negative attributes of each house. He,patiently, guided us thru making an offer on one house that was rejected by the owner, who subsequently removed the listing to do some maintenance. He helped us find the house that we ended up buying after presenting our negotiated offer and helping us secure the generac back up power system. Eric provided us with referrals for lender, home insurance, title & closing company All of which were a pleasure to work with. Eric graciously help us with the multitude of required home inspections. He used his previous experience in performing home inspections in helping us in understanding the technical descriptions of the inspection results. He,then, gave us expert advice on what to ask the owner to repair and also got us credit toward our closing for repairs that would have taken longer to perform outside the closing deadline. Eric kept us on schedule for performing a myriad of tasks to meet lender, insurance, inspection, and closing deadlines. After our successful closing he continued to conduct the final walk thru of the house, house key exchange, & receiving warranty transfer paperwork from the seller. As a 30 year military service retiree, and over those years having bought and sold many homes, working with Eric was the best house hunting & purchasing experience we have ever had. We greatly appreciate Eric's tireless effort to find us a home that met our needs in a price range we could afford.
