Quattrocchi Real Estate, Inc

Fantastic experience: Dan was our agent for selling our house and I don’t know how anyone else could’ve done a better job. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and led us through each step in the process. He also got us an excellent price for our house through negotiating with the buyer. I highly recommend Dan!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience working with Dan and the team at Quattrocchi Real Estate. Their knowledge of the local area really stands out, and they were always available to answer questions, offer advice, and help us understand our options. What impressed us most was how they worked with us through every step of the process. From the beginning all the way through closing, Dan and the team made everything straightforward and kept us informed along the way. If you’re looking for a realtor who knows the local market, communicates well, and genuinely works with you throughout the entire process, I would highly recommend Dan and the Quattrocchi Real Estate team.

Fantastic experience: We recently came into possession of a home that a sweet woman had willed to the church. Dan and his team were a tremendous help working through the probate hoops and such. We closed this past Monday and were actually able to sell it to a couple in our fellowship who are expecting. What a pleasure to see the joy on their faces. Also a month or so ago, Dan sold my daughter and son in law their first home! Ever since Dan's mom sold my Cocoa duplex for my wife and I on a pre-forclosure sale, (which no one had heard of at the time, 1995) I've used Quattrocchi Real Estate for all our home buying and selling. Great company, even greater people!!

Fantastic experience: Dan was a huge help throughout the entire process of selling my home. From the beginning, he helped me determine what needed to be done to properly prepare the house for the market and kept things moving in the right direction. Once we were under contract, he was especially helpful in navigating the additional requirements associated with the buyer’s VA loan and finding solutions that allowed us to stay on track for our scheduled closing date. I really appreciated his knowledge, communication, and guidance throughout the process and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Fantastic experience: We thank everyone at Quattrocchi Real Estate for assisting us in purchasing our first home. Dan, Christian & Caleb made the whole process so easy. They are kind, professional & knowledgeable people that truly care about you. We thank you all. - Thomas & Tiffany

Fantastic experience: GREAT COMMUNICATOR. Thought we had simple sale of good property. Some serious issues arose which required multiple contractors, permitting, documentation, side negotiations and additional contractual changes - all of this after we had moved out of state! Dan was on these items constantly texting, emailing and calling on a daily basis. It was a great relief and reassuring to have Dan juggling this simple sale gone very complex. Dan's real-estate knowledge plus his technical expertise is a real asset for anyone contemplating real estate transactions. Merritt Island seller

Fantastic experience: The Quattrocchi Team, are the best real estate people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the first contact with Dan, everything was so smooth and coordinated. The whole experience was a blessing. We got to look at many properties, that were in our range, and had the features we desired, with the team working with us at various hours, due to our work days. It didn't take very long to find our forever home, and after that, Dan advised us on mortgage companies, insurance companies, and all that we needed to complete our deal. Fantastic experience: Absolutely would recommend Dan all day long! I had another Realtor who I used on multiple houses, unfortunately he decided to move to Alaska. He referred me to Dan, but before he did I had connected with another Realtor. What a mistake that was, she supposedly was willing to work with me. ( I was a Realtor in New Jersey for over 30 years!) She did the listing and asked me to review the listing. I did and requested a few changes. They made some but chose not to do others. A week later after an open house I requested another change, she called me and very rudely said that she would make this change, but that is it, no more changes and if I wanted to use her I would have to deal with it or cancel the agreement. I said "cancel the agreement".! I called Dan and explained what had happened and he could not believe they were still in business! He came right over and was very professional. We took care of the listing, made a few adjustments over the next couple of weeks and he sold the property within 1 month! Dan did what we needed to do to get the deal done, he is an awesome guy and highly recommend him! Thank you Dan.”
