Fantastic experience: I got in contact with Christine after she sold our neighbors home. I was impressed with the process that I had observed and even more impressed with the sell price our neighbor achieved and the short time it took to sell. After meeting with Christine to discuss our home and what she thought we could get in terms of value and lead time to sell, I will admit, I was a bit doubtful. Once our agreement was signed, Christine got right to work. She was in constant contact with us, making sure we were up to speed on her plans and her process. After two weeks on the market and only two open houses, we got a full price offer. We were shocked and amazed! Not just that we got the full price offer, but that the price we got was well beyond what I had envisioned. I truly believe that Christine’s knowledge of the market in Brevard and her confidence in her craft made the difference. Not only did she meet the expectations that she set, but she worked hard to make sure the appraisal came through as well. She also helped me find a Townhome that I bought and closed on in three weeks after the sale of our other home and negotiated a substantial decrease in the sellers initial list price. We put a deposit down on a new build and when we realized how long it would take to build she pointed us in the direction to buy a condo that we can later use as a rental. She found us an off market condo which was fantastic so we did not have to compete with any other buyers in this crazy market. Fantastic experience: I live in Tampa and my sister lives in Idaho. Christine handled the sale of our Cocoa Beach condo. She easily found qualified potential buyers in the current hot housing market and arranged the donation of excess furniture. The sale seemed to be progressing smoothly until the condo was flooded due to an upstairs leak. :-( Christine found a reputable service to handle the water mitigation (kudos to Mike at Coastline Restoration) and she competently dealt with repair and other condo-related issues... while I stayed in Tampa and tried to mitigate problems among friends and family in and from Ukraine. While I remained in Tampa for the last month, Christine called me with regular updates on the condo. She was quickly responsive when I called her and, however frazzled she might have felt, she remained friendly, personable, and professional in her dealings with my sister and me. If the water is smooth, any realtor will smile, shake your hand, and take your money. Be prepared for high winds and choppy water... call Christine! P.S. Our condo sold today!
