Negative experience: EXTREME FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Lies on the website and on the application fee it states rent is between 750-950 but when they send the holding agreement its 1,579 a month it doesn't even have central air (not worth it) and they are so hard to get in contact with them they barely respond horrible service GHETTOO!!!

Fantastic experience: Hailey Jones was so easy to work with, answered all of my questions and helped me tremendously as a first time renter. She replies promptly and efficiently, she is very honest and trustworthy as well! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: We recently did an interior wall, renovation, drywall repair, and interior painting for living area for a tenant. They called us directly because unfortunately, there was some interior damage, they wanted to take care of it. They mentioned the name of the property managers company, and, I give credit or credit is due. The tenant wanted to take care of the damages themselves and do the right thing, because the damages were the clients doing, unfortunately, we finished the drywall renovations and wall painting in two days. Fantastic experience: The property was great, plenty of room , great pool and dock area. Tankless hot water heater was a nice addition, never run out of hot water! Hailey Jones was always professional , courteous, and always answered any questions that we had during our stay.

Negative experience: Due to legal matters I can’t say much however I will say, Ana has been awful to our family and I highly recommend to proceed with caution when choosing a property of Ana’s. It has been a nightmare!

From the initial application process to moving in, the staff was friendly, helpful, and completely transparent. All paperwork and communication were handled efficiently, making what is usually a stressful process incredibly easy. The biggest highlight is their response to maintenance. Anytime I had a minor issue (once a leaky faucet, another time a minor AC glitch), their online portal made it simple to report, and they had a reliable vendor out to fix it in a timely manner. The vendors were always professional and did great work. Fantastic experience: While renting an absolutely stellar, clean and filled with amenities condo for 8 months with Bluefin, Ana has gone the extra mile by answering phone calls on the weekend, replying to emails quickly, and handling any situation with kindness and professional courtesy. Negative experience: This company rents out roach infested trash for 3 times what it's worth and the deposit it's a down payment never heard of anyone getting it back from these people. Highly suggest looking elsewhere.
