Magdiel Rodriguez joined Radiant Property Management in December 2021 as a Senior Property Manager. He was promoted to Regional Manager in October 2022 after quickly stabilizing and achieving success at a challenging community in Atlanta Georgia. As a regional manager, he oversees communities in Georgia and Ohio.
Magdiel has 22 years of property management experience in the multifamily industry, including direct oversight of lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations and repositioning. He is a licensed certified apartment manager in the states of Georgia and Florida through the National Apartment Association and received his COS, MOR, EIVS certifications from the National Center for Housing Management.
Jonathan Unger is the Director of Capital Markets at Radiant, where he oversees all aspects of banking relationships and financial reporting. With his expertise in finance and previous experience as a mortgage underwriter at Eastern Union and as an analyst at Skybrook Capital, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our team. He has been instrumental in bringing in and maintaining critical banking relationships that have been vital to the success of our company. Gary Woldiger serves as Director of Operations at Radiant. Under Gary’s leadership, Radiant has grown from 2,000 units under management to over 4,500. Gary’s responsibilities include all property financials review, maintaining occupancy, MOR and REAC prep as well as overseeing all construction projects.
In Gary’s previous role at a boutique real estate advisory firm, he helped with the development, planning and management of multifamily, healthcare and retail facilities in the tri-state area. Gary’s engaging personality helps all under his leadership succeed.
In 2016, Alexander Berger joined Radiant, bringing with him expertise in the affordable housing niche. With a primary focus on multi-family apartment buildings, Alex has experience in underwriting and real estate financing. Before joining Radiant, Alex was employed at a commercial investment brokerage, where he advised clients on buying and selling $500 million worth of commercial property.
Alex earned his MBA from Seton Hall University's prestigious Stillman School of Business. Negative experience: I am 80yrs old and my air conditioner needed to be fixed for over a month. The temperature has been in the upper 90 almost to 100. My electric bill went from $91 to 226.17 because the electric had to stay on 24 hrs in order to generate a little air. My thermostat room temperature say78 but the air is on 64. This use to be a nice place to live. I been here since 1987. I have COPD and my doctor said that this environmental hazard is unhealthy. I am adding to my complaint. 5 months later the unit isn't fix. The electrician said I can only use emergency heat. That means my bill will go up again. I can't afford to do that because the little money I had was spent high electric bills to the same problem I am having now. I have to stay in bed with layers of clothes on. The office can't do anything until they get permission. What can I do? hcomplaint. It is 53 degree here and I have no heat that detrimental to my heal
Negative experience: Was on the waiting list for YEARS. Then I randomly receive a letter stating that I’ve been removed from the waiting list due to failure to respond to management inquiries. Mind you, I have not received NOT ONE LETTER, or FORM WHAT SO EVER. I then called to inquire about this random letter they sent me, the person on the phone was so NASTY saying well IDK what to tell you. Then I’m practically stating very forcefully that you guys haven’t sent me any letter. Come to find out there wasn’t an apartment number on the letter. This current letter my neighbor gave it to me. I’m just so confused as to why management is so NASTY. The professionalism is off :-(

Negative experience: Property management poor service. Don’t do a service order online. Go to the office and do a maintenance request. It will not get done or fixed. They don't fix anything. they will fix up the apartment just to move you in. If anything breaks in your apt water leak or a roof leak. They will not fix it. They do inspections but never get fixed. I heard they good for trying to keep people security deposit. You have to report them to the city. You have to report them to Newark Code Enforcement .... Was in the news paper for. Posted: Dec. 23, 2018 12:01 am Updated: Dec. 23, 2018 12:21 am NEWTON -- State officials inspecting the site of a Dec. 12 fire at the Brookside Terrace apartment complex saw evidence of soot from the fire on the walls, wall vents, floor and vent systems on the 10th floor during an inspection on Thursday. There was also a fire alarm that was not in working condition as a result of the fire, a spokesperson for the state Department of Community Affairs said on Friday. The fire in apartment 10T of the 240-unit complex has been deemed non-suspicious and of an undetermined cause. Brookside Terrace management; the building's management company, Radiant Property Management; and Radiant's owner, Michael Wieder, did not respond to requests for comment on Saturday. Tammori Petty, a spokesperson for the Department of Community Affairs, confirmed in a statement to the New Jersey Herald on Friday, ahead of a detailed report that the agency will release, that Division of Fire Safety inspectors were unable to access four apartments. Petty said inspectors found 136 violations, with 80 classified as maintenance violations in individual apartments and 56 "retro violations, mainly on doors to the apartments." Petty said the inspection's sole purpose was to ensure the building was in compliance with the Uniform Fire Code. Sussex County Fire Marshal Virgil Rome accompanied representatives of the state's Housing Inspection Bureau and the Division of Fire Safety, as well as the local building official, for the inspections of individual apartments within the building on Thursday. In an interview with the New Jersey Herald on Saturday, Rome said apartment 10T's bedroom was the only room in the unit that endured fire damage. The remainder of the apartment, he said, "suffered extensive smoke and soot damage." "Anything in there (apartment 10T) is in pretty bad shape," Rome said. "Any item from that apartment that is salvageable will need decontamination." Rome also described the wing opposite where the fire had occurred as "habitable," but said he directed Brookside on Thursday to clean the walls, floor and vents on the opposite section of the 10th floor from where the fire started. Rome was uncertain why cleanup efforts had not commenced on that side of the building before Thursday, but said it was possible building management was waiting for the building's insurance adjuster. Rome confirmed he saw a privately contracted cleanup crew, Gold Star Restoration, on site the day of the inspections. Gold Star Restoration, according to its website, specializes in cleaning up sites following smoke and fire damage. Gold Star Restoration could not be reached for comment on Saturday. The hallway adjacent to the elevator on the 10th floor that houses apartment 10T, where the fire started, was sealed off on Thursday following Rome's inspection. This was a necessary step in the cleanup process, Rome said, to prevent debris from entering other sections of the building. Rome said before it was sealed, one apartment near 10T was still occupied, though it is unclear why the tenants were there. "They (the tenants near 10T) shouldn't have been let back in there," Rome said. Common areas were also inspected, Rome said, including the community room, boiler rooms and maintenance room. Negative experience: I have been living here going on two years now... when things are fine things are fine; but when they are not it is hell. I would take off of work for someone to come work on projects on the unit and no one would show up. Part of the bathroom ceiling just gave through and no one has responded for about 4 days as to when they will come and fix it.
Negative experience: I have lived here for not that long and the violations are ridiculous. I have been here for 4 months and apartment is still NOT finished. The staff that works in the back think they are too good to speak to you. It is ONLY their "own" people I see in there and they REFUSE to help me or even SPEAK to me...but they will hire black staff to speak to you. It is the most ludicrous behaviour from one human being to another I have ever seen. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE WHO RENTS HERE AND JUST WANTS THEIR MONEY

Negative experience: DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF!!! I don’t know how they operate in NY, but in Newark, they are callously indifferent to any and everything, except for, of course, your timely rent payment. These people only care about money, but DO NOT use the ridiculous amount you pay them to make any necessary changes/updates to the building! I’ve only been here for a little over 2 months, and in that time I’ve had NO heat, a high electricity bill due to running a space heater because of no heat, a night listening to a blaring fire alarm because they “lived too far” to come turn it off-literally the alarm was going from ~9pm to 6/7am, and the list goes on. Code enforcement has come out but that does nothing because they have the City of Newark in their pockets. These people are a disgrace! From David and Briana, who I’ve personally dealt with, to the other management that don’t even take the time to acknowledge your presence and issues you’re clearly having! Briana does a great job at selling this place, but please if you are reading this, DON’T DO IT TO YOURSELF! These people think they can come into this city and treat our people any kind of way, and get a pass. Don’t! I’m moving out, but that will not stop my fight against them. I’m not taking my foot off their neck until they’re done with!

They did not do what they saod they would or fix things properly, alway patch work. I was not treated with respect and neither did they respect my space and property. Negative experience: This has been my worst experience moving ever. I would never recommend anyone work with this management company. There is a reason the rent seems more affordable. Lesson learned. Nothing is done with efficiency even down to the simpliest things. The company allowed me to move into the apartment with no heat or electric. No stove. And after moving in I saw rodents. I reached out to the company to address these issues and they were not resolved. I have a 6 month old and I am appalled by the level of professionalism and incompetence. I will be moving out ASAP.
Negative experience: I still live in the Irvington apts that were run by Radiant.They recently sold them to OneWall Management.The maintenance wasn't bad when they were in charge.They could use some help maintaining the property outside and the garbage area looked atrocious and still does.They never fixed the back fence area.Maybe the new management will.Vermin were and still are a problem.The new managers are fixing up the apts.Today I am getting new caulk and new tile for my kitchen! I think I am paying too much in rent though.I've only lived there 4 years and I pay 675.00 for a tiny studio. I wonder what people are paying for a studio that move in nowadays?
