Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review from my new beautiful home in Bloomfield. My wife and I would not have been able to get to this point if it weren’t for Jill and the team at Guzman Realty. We started working with Jill early this year and she was so helpful throughout the process. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about all we didn’t know, particularly in a very competitive housing market, but Jill set our minds at ease with her ability to calmly, clearly, and patiently explain every step of buying a home. It was so reassuring to have someone we could trust on our side. To say that Jill loves her work would be an understatement, as anyone who has met her would quickly learn. She, and the rest of the team at their office, have an obvious passion for finding people homes they will love. And we certainly love ours!

Negative experience: Truly disgusting people!!! I stopped by with my daughter to get some information on a luxury apartment they had for rent. They told me the apartment was rented and brushed me off. On the way out, I heard this older man say in spanish, "WE DON'T WASTE OUR TIME WITH MONKEYS." DISPICABLE place. I ignored it since I was with my daughter, but I want the world to know how they feel about us over at Jill Guzman Realty!! This place deserve to be shut down for good!!!!!

Negative experience: I had the most unpleasant, unprofessional experience with Jill Guzman Reality - she was unprofessional, unethical and very rude! The listing agent Altheria Fairfax would not return my calls nor would she return a few potential buyers voice messages. I actually had three people ring my door asking to see the house because the listing agent wouldn't return their calls. They had the listing for 8 months and did a poor job marketing and showing the house to prospective buyers. Out of those 8 months I had a potential buyer stall the deal twice to only find out he didn't qualify for a mortgage. 4 months I wasted under contract (and not showing it to other potential buyers) because Her office staff had no clue what was going on, her two realtors working in the same office couldnt communicate between themselves nor get their facts straight which resulted to them not providing me with any responses or answers. Their communications skills are horrible!!!! I can't understand how she is in business and the state hasn't revoke her license.

Negative experience: I had the most unpleasant experience working with Jill Guzman. She was unprofessional and unethical. She had the listing for over one year and she did a poor job marketing and showing the house to prospective buyers. After requesting a Release from Jill Guzman, I listed with Coldwell Banker Liberty and received an offer two weeks later and finally closed a few weeks ago. I would not recommend Jill Guzman Realty!
