Fantastic experience: Kelly was very approachable and easy to work with from start to finish. She stayed in touch consistently, checked in often, and always made sure we were on the same page. She helped me find tenants and brought multiple solid options, taking the time to walk me through each one. She always presented the offers clearly and shared her suggestions, but never made me feel pressured into any decision. She was friendly, and really focused on what was best for me. Negative experience: I called the office over a month ago trying to get information on these multi family properties for sale. Was given the run-around and was expecting to hear back. No call, so I try back a couple of weeks at a time and get pitched on other properties. I do not understand how a real estate office can have a listing that is not in contract and not be willing to show the property. Just another case of bait-and-switch. There is definitely stench of fraud. I will definitely be filing complaints!!
