Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness, we could not have been more blessed to have found Cindy! She, her staff and her knowledge of referring the right people to help us was amazing. We found a home, closed and renovations started immediately. The contractor “ Westfall Do It All” were outstanding. We had the home totally renovated, floors, painting, walls taken out, cabinets redone etc. Brian and Christina treated us like family and stayed in touch either daily or every day or do, communication is key and they were great, making sure things were being done as we wanted them done. Fantastic experience: Purchased a home from Cindy and found one as close to my dream home as possible. Cindy has an excellent work ethic! Is honest and truthful. She listens to your needs and delivers results. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Stonecrest and gives excellent guidance. Cindy gives you options and allows you to make your decisions. Fantastic experience: We were referred to Cindy by friends in Stonecrest. From the beginning Cindy was helpful in locating properties we might be interested in purchasing. We had a limited time in Florida because we were living in Michigan. On our last day we viewed a house that we saw as our new home. After a quick negotiation we signed a purchase agreement. Because we lived in Michigan the closing was done digitally. So far so good, but this is where Cindy and her staff really begin to shine. We were informed that the sellers were going to be painting the master bedroom and bathroom, so we called Cindy with the color we chose. We asked her to have the painters do the rest of the house also. Oh, and by the way could you oversee the removal of the wall between the lanai and the birdcage. Could you also make sure the lawn gets mowed because we won’t be down for several months. Cindy kept us informed of the progress with calls, texts and videos of the work being done. We feel that Cindy and her staff went above and beyond the call of duty and we would highly recommend her services with great confidence.
