We deal with a lot of different characters in this business and some of them are not very conscientious, that definitely cannot be said about Michelle. Fantastic experience: Michelle is a pleasure to work with and a true 'professional' at her craft. She stepped in quickly when we had serious issues with our first broker and a failed closing. Michelle demonstrated the prompt and thorough communication skills we needed and helped us find solid alternatives in a very tight timeline. While we were able to resurrect and complete our original purchase, I know it would have been much smoother and less stressful if we had Michelle representing us from the start!

Fantastic experience: I felt totally at ease with Michelle Morgan as my realtor. Even though selling your home can be a stressful and emotional experience, I never doubted the competency of Michelle and I trusted her completely. She told me what needed to be done to sell the house, and it wasn’t at all overwhelming tasks. It was mostly a list of common sense things like declutter and paint one room that really needed it. I really appreciated that. Michelle guided me throughout the closing process and handled all encounters with other realtors, title company employees, and workmen with professionalism and patience. When a small glitch came that caused a bump in the process, she stayed on it until it was resolved. She had my back! Fantastic experience: I have known Partrick for a few years; over the past 18-months I have witnessed first-hand how professional he and his team are. I had a family member that needed to sell a residence to close out an estate. Patrick listened; then had amazing suggestions on staging and preparing the house for listing. Fantastic experience: Michelle was a consumate (and fun!) professional throughout the home buying (and selling) process. She has a no pressure approach to both that makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Beyond that her availability is exceptional. We never once felt like we missed out on an opportunity due to lack of action. She was on top of things at all times and very accommodating and responsive when it came to both processes. Often being able to do things at a moments notice (like looking at homes, working on offers and counter offers, etc.). We can't recommend her highly enough. Choosing her (and her team) as your realtor is a no brainer.

Negative experience: I’ve been biting my tongue for some time now but I must express that I found Michelle to be rude, disrespectful & not very knowledgeable when it comes to doing her due diligence prior to showings. Definitely not a very welcoming presence which carries over into showings. The last thing I want is to make the biggest purchase of my life when it’s already riddled with negative energy but sadly that’s exactly what she brings to the table. I will admit I do not know her outside of her work so this is not a personal attack. She might be a lovely woman but as an agent she could be use more humble pie.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Michelle enough. I am a first time home buyer and her calm, steadiness (and wonderfully dry humor) is what made this process bearable. When I think of a word that describes Michelle as a professional I think of the word integrity. Not once did I feel pressured by her. For example, there was a house I liked and was talking about maybe making an offer but when we stepped outside after the viewing she pointed to all the apartment buildings and duplexes on the street and counted them. She said she remembered my husband was wanting to get away from this type of neighborhood as we had been renting our whole lives. I didn’t even notice because I was excited by how cute the house was. And she was absolutely right, the street would have felt like we were still renting and would have been busy, and we would have been disappointed living there. She said that night, “I’d never want to find you a house that only one of you likes.” She could have said nothing about the neighborhood and earned a faster commission (as she was now creating more work for herself to show us more homes) but she didn’t. That is integrity. I trusted her 100% because of this. This is the kind of agent you need on your side during this current market, and Michelle is this agent. Thank you Michelle for getting us a house at listing price, with seller contributions to closing costs and seller completing major repair work prior to closing in Linden Hills/Fulton during 2021. Never would have dreamed I’d live 1.5 blocks from the lake. Thank you times infinity!

Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer during the pandemic, Patrick and Michelle could not have been better realtors (or advisors). They were both insanely knowledgeable and were able to work with us to find the right home, within our budget, and without pressuring us to make decisions that we weren't ready to make. When we had questions, they were both available at (nearly) all hours of the day to make sure that every step of the process, from initial search to closing day, went as smoothly as possible. If we ever have to use a realtor again (hopefully not the case) Patrick & Michelle will be our first call, and they will be our top recommendation for anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new realtor when someone mentioned Michelle's name to me. I was deeply frustrated with the realty team I had been working with as I felt they didn't have my best interests at heart. As soon as I started working with Michelle the entire home buying process became much less stressful- she took my needs into consideration, was always happy to explain jargon, and was so knowledgeable and thorough when showing houses. It was clear to me that Michelle had very good and carefully considered judgement. As a first-time home buyer this was invaluable. Michelle showed me many houses as I honed in on what I was looking for in a home. Fantastic experience: During our first Zoom meeting with Patrick and Michelle, we knew right away that they were going to be a great resource. They stood by our side throughout the entire process and answered every question we had. During the first meeting, Patrick and Michelle told us to email, call or text them if we had any questions or wanted to see a property that had been posted. We got to visit quite a few properties and before putting in an offer, Patrick and Michelle pulled comps from the area. They explained what they thought the house was worth and how much they projected it to sell for, which is very valuable information to any home-buyer! Houses were being sold very quickly and we were struggling to find and place an offer on one before it was sold to someone else. One day, Michelle texted us with information on a house that hadn’t been listed yet. It was in a neighborhood we hadn’t considered, but she was confident we would like both the house and the surrounding area and suggested we set up a showing. Thankfully, Patrick and Michelle got to know us right away and knew what we were looking for in our first home; we did one walk through and knew this was it!
