On the buyer side, what makes him stand apart from others is his ability and willingness to use his experience to give you advice on whether a home is worth considering at all, or if it’s worth fighting for. A lot of realtors are not willing to do this, and want you to make all decisions without their influence. On the sales side his marketing is exceptional. He helps you stage your home and has quality pictures and marketing and is a great negotiator. On one sale that we made we had issues with the buyer regarding financing, and on one purchase had issues with the seller vacating on time.
