Negative experience: We purchased our home from this company in December 2025, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. At first glance, the house looked absolutely beautiful. It seemed like our dream home. However, once we moved in, we quickly realized that the quality behind the appearance was far from what we expected. From day one, we started discovering issue after issue. Several window handles were broken, the heating system wasn’t working when we moved in during one of the coldest Decembers in recent New York history and we were left waiting for an entire month while the company fulfilled its promise to convert the heating system from oil to gas. Living in those conditions was incredibly frustrating. We also found out that the refrigerator was an older 2019 model, even though we had been led to expect a new one. The air conditioning system is also completely inadequate for New York summers and struggles to keep the house cool. Even now, many months later, we continue to discover unfinished work and poor craftsmanship throughout the house. One of the biggest disappointments is the backyard deck, which was clearly built with very little attention to quality. When we asked our handyman to evaluate it because we wanted to improve it, he estimated that it would cost around $12,000 just to repair and rebuild parts of a supposedly newly renovated home. It’s incredibly upsetting to spend so much money on a house only to keep finding defects and cut corners. What initially looked like a beautifully renovated home has turned out to be a collection of cosmetic improvements hiding poor workmanship. We are extremely disappointed with this company and cannot recommend them to anyone. If you’re considering buying one of their homes, be prepared to look far beyond the beautiful finishes and inspect every detail very carefully. We certainly wish we had.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Dan. Last Thursday 3/16 I gave him an offer about a house he was selling and there was more than 40 showings, they selected 9 and then choose 2 and they accepted my offer since I was paying cash. On Friday he was going to send the paperwork to my broker and he never did. He made an excuse why he didn't send it to her. He could do it from his computer. The weekend past, and today we were prepared to go see the house again. To see it one more time. So many people was in the house when we saw it the first time, and me and my husband wanted to see one more time. And this morning i went to the bank take my money out from my investment CD to put down in the house when in the afternoon Dan called my broker saying he had accepeted another offer without contacting my broker first! He should called her first to check if i wanted to put more money into the deal. He causing me losing time and money because I didn't fulfill the term of my CD.. I cashed it in early and has to pay a penalty! He treated me and my husband badly. I want you to be aware to don't trust him until you have your paperwork done, what it matters here it's money, not words, he's not honest, not respectful. So please becareful. And for sure I won't recommend him to anybody since he has two faces.
