Fantastic experience: We used LAB Realty Group to sell a rental property and a primary home which were both inherited properties. We were so pleased after working with Brett Korade on the sale of the rental property that there was no question that we should use him to sell the primary home. Brett provided turnkey service which was so important to us since we were out of towners. He helped us understand what pre-market work should be done on the homes to get the best bang for our buck on sales price. For the rental, the work involved minimal work to address some, but not all, inspection findings. For the primary home, the work involved interior and exterior painting, new carpeting, some minor renovation work, and staging. Brett took care of getting quotes from a number of trusted contractors, so we had a comfort level that we were paying a reasonable price. He also oversaw the work to make sure it was getting done timely and correctly. It was a seamless process that required minimal involvement on our part, and we were pleased with the quality of the completed work. Brett analyzed the market for our homes statistically which provided better insight into the market value of the homes. Both homes had multiple offers shortly after the open houses, and both sold well above asking price. All members of the LAB Realty Group were very professional and communicated clearly, thoroughly explaining each step of the process and protecting our seller’s interests. For us, it was important to have a good rapport with our realtor, know that he would clearly answer any questions we had and give good advice, and feel confident that we were getting a good sales price. Bottom Line Up Front from a follower of Jesus Christ and US Marine: From a wide offering a very good / kind, and trustworthy realtors I am so grateful my wife and I trusted LAB. They were so so helpful in the selling of our home in the Burke / Springfield Area in 2021-22. The home had significant foundational issues and had been rented to one family for over 7 years. Even in this market it was a tough sell. Brett and Lisa assessed, advised, and actioned so many critical parts to include serving a project manager and contractor on top of the other better-known responsibilities of a realtor. Details: This is my honest assessment as one who has owned, rented, bought/ sold a few times as US Marine who has just completed 24 years of service. Capability is certainly a part of this assessment and with the combined experience of Lisa (who has also served as a realtor and real estate broker) and Brett as a licensed contractor and realtor..not to mentioned a US Navy Pilot who has lead / commanded at high levels) you have a very very impressive team who have been rightly awarded and acclaimed. I want to focus on CHARACTER (Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness’, True care and concern for their clients/friends). With such high-ticket item such as a home, condo, etc (buy and/or sell), Character as well as Capability is key. I lean heavily on character because with the huge temptation on commission, I needed to have trust especially as my family and I needed to let the team do what they needed to do and trust their clearly planned and presented options and courses of actions to select. As I had relocated, retired, and started a new career LAB was a God-send as I really needed to have a team I trusted so much that I could take it off my daily worry / work and just focus my attention when LAB let me know that a decision point was coming and or had arrived. To have both Brett and Lisa as your trusted agent was one of the best decisions we made. Oh, by the way, our home did sell well above expected sales price. Fantastic experience: My husband and I fell into Brett Korade's lap over the summer on accident. We decided it was time to make a change; sell our current house and buy a new one that would simplify our lives on a daily basis. When we bought our first home, a long time friend of ours was our agent. Unfortunately, she moved internationally and we didn’t know if we could find someone we could trust as much as her. Brett happened to be the agent who met us at the first house we went to see. We knew that day he was the person we needed to help guide us through this transition. He has become a common name in our house. “Mr. Brett’s” paper airplanes still grace our new living room and our son still lovingly remembers how much “Mr. Brett loves jets just like me.” He became a piece of our everyday lives and made a larger impact than he knows. The second morning we woke in our new house, our toddler ran into our bedroom and said, “Mommy! Our new house feels like my home now!” That was the moment we knew we had done the right thing. The moment we were so grateful that this “last minute home” had become ours. The moment all the rushing and worrying and work paid off two fold. The moment we knew that our gratitude towards Brett would be felt for years and years to come as new memories are made in our wonderful new home.

Fantastic experience: From day of introduction to Brett, to our housewarming (that he threw), Brett was top flight!!! I haven’t met many people that stand out to be as meticulous as he is, which I think stems partly from his time as a Naval Aviator, but seems to be just part of his natural personality. I give Brett 100% of the credit for making into the house we were able to purchase. Read below... First Meeting: Over a cup of coffee at Starbucks, he asked us what we wanted in a house, where we wanted to buy, features we were looking for and price point, along with other criteria. As daunting as the first time home buying experience is, he patiently explained his way through all details more than once if needed in order to clear up any confusion that we may have had going in. The fact that his wife is a real estate broker and that he works hand-in-hand with an excellent mortgage broker, who knows how to achieve the best possible financial options for you should really help you move into a sound decision with 100% confidence. Financing: Do ask about not paying for closing costs and “OPM”. Doug Rice, his broker is a master at tailoring a deal around that and providing some of the lowest rates to be found. We managed to get into my home with NO CLOSING COSTS at no expense to the seller, or to us, which made us a really competitive buyer. House hunt: After each set of homes we looked at, he had us fill out a sheet stating what we did or didn’t like about each property to further narrow down our search. I feel this helped to reduce the time spent looking at homes we wouldn’t want. No matter what we wanted to see or when, he was very patient with us and even pointed out potential problems with certain properties. Bid: When we found “the one”, Brett coached us through the bidding process and advised us that in case things got down to the wire, the simple act of writing a sincere and heartfelt letter to the seller could help tip the scales to our favor. We set up the bid and escalation clause very cleverly so that it knocked out the majority of bidders. When there were only two of us left at the end of a bidding war, Brett ended up being absolutely spot on with his advice. It turned out the seller decided to accept our bid based solely on the letter we wrote. GREAT JOB BRETT!!! Housewarming: Brett goes above and beyond with his clients by throwing housewarming parties for them. Again, this was 100% his effort. Since I travel a lot, it was a challenge for me to even find a window to host an event. After I provided Brett the names and e-mails of my perspective guests, Brett explained that I should sit back and relax and let him take care of the details. Little did I know that with those e-mails, he even sent each guest a personalized video about the housewarming and explained details like parking around my neighborhood and also told each guest what to bring for food. Needless to say, the event turned out to be great! Kudos Brett Korade!!! I don’t think we could have made a better choice in realtors. He really goes to the extreme to ensure he goes above and beyond the call!
