Fantastic experience: My husband and I appreciate all the hard work and effort that Ken Arthur with Wicker Homes did for us. Our journey began with him several months before we started house hunting. We had recently moved back to the U.S. and our short term housing was coming to an end. We weren’t ready to buy but knew we needed advice for what to do to prepare to buy. The second one led to a tie with another buyer. Ken reached out to our lender and asked him to call the buyers agent. The initiative to do that, and the resulting call, helped us win the bid. When the inspection showed we needed to replace the roof and windows right away, we were ready to void the offer as it took us over our budget. That colleague/friend went through a similar real estate effort; selling a home in NOVA and subsequently buying a home in Central VA. Debbie and her team led us through the entire effort. Fantastic experience: Have worked with Debbie Wicker for buying and selling. Great team that included Michelle and Allyson. During selling, not only helped with the settlement, but also assisted with everything including moving, cleaning, and apartment search. Debbie also has great knowledge of the market and made exact predictions of the sale price.

Fantastic experience: Debbie was the realtor we used when we sold our Ashburn townhouse. After meeting with her we decided to give her our listing. She has great knowledge of the local real-estate market that helped us in formulating a fair and competitive sale price. Mrs. Wicker helped us in staging our house before the photograph's were taken. Her team has the BEST photographer! Our posted pictures were outstanding. The advertised photos help to generate 18 prospective buyers that came and looked at our house the first three days it was on the market! One thing I didn't understand was how important your advertised home photography is to generate potential buyers. Within the first week we had two offers on the table one of which we accepted. The buyer had an inspection done before closing. There were a few minor issues we needed to address. Debbie provided a list of contractors that quickly helped fix these issues. If your goal is to get a reasonable "fair" price for your home do it quick and efficiently I would recommend using Mrs. Wicker. Debbie will be our "go to" sales agent next time we buy or sell a home.
