Fantastic experience: I worked with Corine to sell my condo in Washington DC. She came over and made recommendations on what minor improvements I should make to get it ready to sell. She also had a contractor available to help with the improvements and went to Home Depot with him to make the purchases. She did a great job marketing the unit and got me a full asking price offer in 2 days on the market. It came in so fast we had to cancel the scheduled Open House. I was out of town most of the time as this was a rental property for me. Corine constantly called me with updates, which made me more comfortable that I was in the loop on the progress of the sale. We initially contacted her about a listing and she quickly offered her help to find me an apartment rental (though this is not her usual line of work). At every moment she went above and beyond. Fantastic experience: Corine was wonderful! I had a single-family home in Fairfax county and was nervous about selling. I wasn’t sure if this was the right time and skeptical about how much I could get for it. All the online websites gave me different values wildly varying by $80k in price. Corine came to my home prepared with a full market analysis, took the time to go over it with me and gave me a target price we should aim for. She explained the process, what to expect and next steps. I was nervous because her target price was more than what I had seen online. She prepared my listing by taking some great pictures (I almost didn’t want to sell it anymore,) did a virtual walkthrough setup for potential buyers and even got a drone to fly around to take some aerial pictures and check the condition of my roof. Home was on market 3 days, and we got a FULL PRICE OFFER! Buyer said she loved the virtual tour and virtual staging tools. I couldn’t believe it. A few weeks passed and due to circumstances out of our control, financing for that buyer fell through. I was crestfallen and did not think the home would sell for the same price anymore... Corine came in again with a smile and brand new marketing plan and assured me she’d get it done. 2 days on the market and we got OVER LIST PRICE! What can I say about Corine?
