Fantastic experience: Raneem is extremely professional, detail oriented and caring. She makes sure that all her clients questions are answered. She helped me understand the ins and outs of the whole process before we started searching as well. Her whole team was very helpful during the signing and buying process.

Negative experience: Unfortunately for me, Sam Nassar was not familiar with the market in Great Falls, Virginia. This group wanted to undersell my house and was recommending a “bidding war “. The entire experience was a nightmare and once it was over, Sam Nassar pocketed his commission and never followed up with a thank you. If you want someone who does the bare minimum, attempts to undersell your house and take a piece of the pie without a thank you, then by all means this is your group! I, personally cannot recommend this company.
