Andi Stout was my agent and she did the research, listened, and understood what I was looking for. She was always prepared for each place and could tell me from the time we opened the door whether or not a property fit my criteria and general vibe. I threw all kinds of wrenches into things by adding showings to our appointments last minute and she got me in to every property I wanted to see and met every challenge with a smile. When the time came to put an offer down, she had great guidance and insight to help me determine how much to offer and how aggressive we needed to be. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Andi again; unfortunately it might be a long time since she already helped get me into the perfect home. We were hunting for a home from several states away, but Bobi moved heaven and earth to get us information or do walkthroughs with our daughter (who is going to school out there.) We finally found a house that had a few issues, but Bobi encouraged us and worked with the seller's team to sort out the issues. She made sure all of the processes were smooth and easy for us. Not only did he help me on my home buying journey by showing me homes in a prompt manner and connecting me with a lender that could help me in my less than ideal self employed situation; but he also made me feel like he cared that I was getting into the best home to fit me and my families needs. Fantastic experience: Patrick stuck with me for over 4 years trying to find a house through multiple situations - the ultimate realtor and customer servicer. A gentleman and has a real feel for real estate deals in the city. A straight shooter, no BS honest agent - rare. I’ve recommended him to my parents and they made a deal with him. The agency he works for also is straight forward and transparent. Buying a house is the easiest with them.
