Fantastic experience: Niko Coombs was such an awesome person to work with.He is very professional and definitely took care of everything I needed.I met him at the house I was selling for my mother on a Wednesday.. we walked through the house and discussed different options.He called me on Thursday letting me know he had a cash buyer interested in walking through the house on that Friday.On that Friday he called me and told me that the buyer was interested and gave me a price that was basically what I needed to hear.So i agreed to the offer.That is my perfect experience with Niko!!!Hes the best and I definitely recommend him!

Over that time, he supported me through tremendous life changes and even helped me find a realtor in Austin, Texas when I thought I might relocate. What made my situation especially challenging was that I have no family in Ohio, which meant I could have lived anywhere. That had us looking all over, often within an hour of Columbus. Through it all, Niko was one of the most professional, compassionate, and patient people I have ever done business with. He stayed by my side all the way until I finally found my dream home and had to wait to list my old house until I was moved. Having two houses for a short time was incredibly stressful, and I had underestimated just how difficult that would be. During that time of need, Niko consistently came through. Whether it was finding someone to handle odd jobs, arranging thorough cleaning, helping cut the grass, or even helping remove a car lift that had to be moved before closing, he was there. I saw him in my garage with his sleeves rolled up, helping move things himself. Did I mention he also found a buyer for the lift in just one day? Literally was ready to put a Facebook Marketplace ad up for me but reached out to some people he knew first and immediately found someone to buy it. I jokingly told him today that I was going to write a review so good it would make his wife jealous — that is how special Niko is. He exceeded my expectations in every way, every single day. I never would have imagined a realtor helping so much with preparing my old house for sale, from hiring contractors when needed to physically helping remove heavy equipment. I’m 55 years old, and I can count on one hand the number of people I would recommend personally — and I would recommend Niko without hesitation, and as highly as possible.
