Fantastic experience: Selling my House in May, 2026: The MOOG GROUP helped us sell a condo in 2022. We liked the experience so much that we contacted Glen to help us sell our house when moving toward children after 40 years in the same house. As you can imagine, the house had some rough spots after 40 years. Glen worked with us differentiate between things we needed to fix and things that would not affect the sellability of the house. He led us through the strategies of pricing, listing, marketing, and showing the property. He was on top of everything that came up, even before the issue ever came up. When he placed the listing, we received an offer 23 hours after the property was listed - for $30,000 over the asking price. His discussions with the buyer's relator were instrumental in securing this premium. Any relator can list a house and prepare a contract, but it takes a relator with depth of experience and knowledge of the market to make things work seamlessly and negotiate to your greatest benefit.
