I’ve been with Tez as my realtor for over 5 years through a rental of a home, buying two homes and selling one and she has been pivotal every step away. Fantastic experience: Working with Tez was by far the most effective, strategic, attentive and collaborative experience we have had selling a home, and this is the 3rd home we have sold in the past 7 years. The first meeting was over a year before our actual decision to sell. Tez presented to us an analytical and comprehensive market research, but we were not ready at the time, but her work back then helped us prepare and make the decisions necessary fast forward now. Fantastic experience: We were planning a move abroad and trying make the difficult decision of whether to sell or rent out our home in West Orange. We met with Tez early in that process and she really listened to us debating the pros and cons, asked us several key questions that allowed us to make the right decision for us. From our initial consultation through and beyond closing, Tez heard us and our needs, asked questions and provided answers and resources while remaining engaged and professional. Fantastic experience: We contacted Tezeta at the beginning of August and asker her if it would be possible to close on a house by November 1st. We knew what we were asking was highly unreasonable and almost impossible but that is not what she said to us. She said she would try her best and work hard so that we can meet our deadline but at the same time she was very clear in explaining to us what we needed to do in order to achieve our goal. She explained the whole process step by step and after our initial consultation, I was very knowledgeable and comfortable going into the home search process because I knew what the steps were and what needed to be done.
