Fantastic experience: As first-time home buyers, intimidating doesn't begin to describe the experience of going into purchasing our first house. At the beginning of this journey, I wanted to find an agent through someone I knew who had gone through this process before. That led me directly to Tandem Real Estate. Fantastic experience: Where do we even begin?! Bonnie and Kelly are the kindest, most genuine realtors we could have ever hoped for! We had moments where we considered renting instead of buying and they embraced that and helped us look at rentals, without pushing us back towards buying and in the end after we realized a purchase would make the most sense, they clicked into go-mode and showed us some incredible properties. Fantastic experience: We had the best experience with Tandem real estate. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions (and we sent a lot of texts). Bonnie and Susie were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive (FYI - Kelly hadn't joined their team, yet). Moving from Brooklyn, we knew very little about the area, so Bonnie and Susie gave us a great tour of the neighborhoods and matched our wishlist perfectly. We found our dream home and were able to close in 30 days because of their prompt and networked expertise with inspectors, attorneys, and banks. Additionally, they have a lot of institutional knowledge about homes and the inspection process, so they were often doing the walk-throughs and telling us what might be an issue and what was a quick fix, etc. We feel so blessed to have used them and we hope you do, too.

Fantastic experience: When looking at an open house in Bergen County, we were given the recommendation to contact Susie and Bonnie for a search specifically in SOMA. We narrowed our search to this area and contacted Susie. We are so thrilled that we did. They know the intimate details of South Orange and Maplewood; they live here! They were very supportive in what was a very tough market and with a difficult purchase for us. Great expert advice and guidance through the whole process.
