There are not enough words to describe how outstanding of a job she did in assisting us with the sale of our house (home). Her knowledge and experience in our market's geographic area were very instrumental in determining a competitive selling price. Marsha was very much involved in all aspects from getting appointments to informing us of sceneraior for sale and our closing. She was very responsive and checked in with us on a regular basis, and her advice was always on point. Her communication was on point at all times. She made herself available even after hours, which was very impressive as we many times could not communicate during regular business hours. Approaching closing, we had to go back and forth with an unreasonable seller, but were still able to get some concessions and fixes. And in the end we got the house that checked off a majority of the boxes, as well is in a growth potential area that allows us to feel like we made the right decisions all around.

That’s why, without any hesitation, we contacted her again when we wanted to sell our house to relocate. We knew that she would be dedicated to selling our home in a timely manner and that the entire process, with all its integral steps, would be seamless. She would work tirelessly on our behalf. And we were right! Now fast-forward to 2023. Our target date for the sale of our house was early summer; we were confident it would happen with her solid expertise and without any drama. I was selling an apartment that I had been renting out for the past 8 years. She already had sold several units in the building. Shortly after our first meeting, we immediately had several offers after only a weekend of showing the apartment. While the first offer unfortunately fell through, I was really impressed that Ms. Washington soon found a new buyer and had a selling price that I was very satisfied with. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Ms. Washington for her assistance is helping my elderly aunt sell her home within a short period of time so that we could relocate her out of state. Ms. Washington arrived promptly to conduct a walkthrough of the home and when she sat down with us, she listened to our concerns and needs and devised a plan to sell the house quickly. I was really impressed with her network of buyers who she thought might be interested in the home. She arranged for them to come through to see the property and within a week, she produced an offer from pre-approved buyers who were interested in the property; and we had a signed contract shortly thereafter.
