Negative experience: We had a very negative experience at this agent’s open house. She did not greet us, introduce herself, or provide any information about the property. There was no effort to make potential buyers feel welcome or informed. The most unacceptable part was when we politely asked to briefly use the bathroom to change our baby’s diaper. She refused and stated it would leave a “stink smell” for other clients. The comment was insensitive, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Parents should not be made to feel embarrassed for handling a basic childcare need. This interaction left a lasting negative impression and directly affected how we felt about the property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agent.

Fantastic experience: Dani was great to work with! We were coming from NY and didn’t want to make too many trips so we would take a large chunk of the day and ask to see 10 different houses. Dani, got it all sorted, and helped ensure we were paying attention to import details, that we would never have thought to consider, like identifying the state of the roof at a glance, or spotting higher quality work vs a lower quality patch. She always pointed out potential problems or downsides to the house, making sure I didn’t overlook them in my eagerness to only see the things I liked. Even after the closing, we had a technician coming to install the internet but we were still in NY, Dani was super kind and met the technician for us and stayed for the entire installation.

Fantastic experience: Preface: I cannot recommend Dani enough. She was beyond patient with us as first time home buyers. She listened to everything we said - even when it may have sounded insane - and was never pushy. Dani has been honest and helpful from beginning to end, and an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I may have been a realtors worst nightmare: we knew the general neighborhood in which we wanted to buy our first home, but we had only a vague idea of the type of house we were looking for and we had no timeline for when we needed to move. We began perusing online listings and open houses without finding that for which we were searching, and met with a [different] random broker we were assigned via Zillow who tried to sell us each home we saw. At friends' recommendation we reached out to Dani to see if she could help. Dani and I spoke on the phone and we decided to look at some houses together to better determine what qualities and specifics we were looking for. Dani took me to see a number of different houses to pinpoint what characteristics we were looking for, which boiled down to: we're looking for a unicorn. Over the course of 18 months or so Dani called us any time a house that might meet our criteria hit the market (as I said, we had no required timeline). I don't think there was a single time I spotted a house online before Dani reached out to me. She took us to see each of the houses, where she pointed out all the things a first time home buyer may not have thought about - the good and the bad. We were picky, and I think Dani may have begun to doubt we were serious. But she continued to call us whenever she heard of something that might be our unicorn. One day I got a call from Dani describing a house that sounded perfect. Only problem: we needed to come see it ASAP as the listing was hitting the public market in a couple of days. The house ticked all our boxes. It was like it was meant to be. Once we decided we wanted to submit a bid, Dani helped us every step of the way: preparing our cover letter, choosing and submitting a fair offer, organizing inspections, and generally communicating with the sellers - especially smoothing things over when things got tricky between the two parties. Dani was never pushy and always offered numerous options. After we closed Dani even helped us when minor issues arose in our new home. Dani was phenomenal to work with. She was always available by phone or text whenever we needed her assistance, and clearly has her ear to the ground to hear about upcoming listings in the area. I have no hesitation recommending her services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
