We met her when she led a few wall yoga workshops and we learned that she was also a real estate agent – now that’s karma! My son, a man with Down Syndrome, had moved into a group home a year earlier and had settled in nicely. It was time for me to downsize, and I was interested in an active over-55 community to simplify my life. My son, who would visit often for weekends, has depth perception issues, therefore, I had some specific requirements including one-level living without stairs up to the entrances. I am also a dog lover and wanted to be able to walk out of my home and step right onto grass. Maggie was ready for the challenge. She took us to numerous adult communities in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We decided on a community in Red Bank, and she stayed with us until we found the home of our dreams. Throughout the whole process he was patient and as helpful as he could be, always showed up and great with communication and being available to show us houses and get the ball rolling quickly when we needed to place offers, and even came up with a unique bidding technique with our lender that helped us get the upper hand and winning offer on a home with 15 offers. So glad we came to him to get the job done and surely anyone else who does the same will be blown away with how hard he’ll work to get you into your dream home and/or help you sell quickly.
