My rental in Littleton needed someone professional who actually follows through, and they showed up exactly like that. Everything was handled clean, I always knew what was going on, and I never felt left guessing. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the rental business and was looking for a rental agreement which was comprehensive for me and the tenant. Written with Colorado state laws in mind. I received my new lease and it included everything I could ask for and more, plus being reviewed by a lawyer. The price was very fair and everyone whom I talked with was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process seamless.All county Denver metro property management team treated me GREAT! Positive experience: Update: I ended up receiving my lease, but still decided not to move forward with renting the unit. After voicing my frustrations, I received an apology from Austin as well as an offer to waive my administrative fee should I decide to sign a lease. They also refunded my application fee, which I really appreciated of them. Unresponsive & unprofessional. I applied to one of their units that I was very interested in. No one from All County ever reached out to me. I will give them some leeway as I applied around Christmas time, but it wasn’t until 10 days after applying that I was able to get a hold of Austin. She said she left me a voicemail (she never called me) and said that I was approved and they would be sending over the lease that day. It has now been over a week since that conversation and I have not received my lease or any communication at all. There is clearly serious miscommunication and dishonesty going on. I can only imagine what renting with them would have been like, so it’s probably for the best. Not a good look.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Staff, Excellent Service!

Negative experience: Everything was great until we actually applied.. We were immediately contacted to do a virtual viewing, we applied the same day, and then NOTHING. Unable to reach anyone by phone. No word whether or not we’ve been approved. No contact via email. We finally gave up after 7 business days and started applying elsewhere. We’re now out 150 dollars in application fees. If you’re in a hurry to move, this is not the company for you.

Negative experience: Horrible rental application experience. I DO NOT recommend applying with this management company. They took 8 business days to process our app after telling us it would be 3-5 business days (which already seemed like a long time). Zero communication after telling us we’d receive a call back and didn’t respond to our follow up email either. We got a showing the 1st day they offered and applied same day so I would imagine we were one of the 1st, if not the 1st, people to apply. The app fee was $55 each + $25 dog screening + $20 for 2nd dog screening?! Our denial letter was so extremely vague. I still don’t understand the reason for denial. We’ve taken our business elsewhere who communicated and processed our app in less than 2 business days. I will leave them a great review, I hate leaving bad ones but wanted to share my experience.
