Fantastic experience: I have had Liz as my realtor for a few years now. As a buyer and a seller, I wanted someone who was knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate business. Liz is that person and she gives 100% all the time. When I am buying, she lines up properties to see that are actually what I am looking for so as to not waste my time on ones that are just close to what I need. When I am selling, she knows how to market the property well. She is well informed on it and can answer any questions about it. She follows up on all the leads and gives me feedback from all the showings. Her knowledge with financing also is a big plus. She can insist potential buyers with their financial issues so they are able to make the purchase when others say that they can't. If she is not able to answer a question she is resourceful enough to find out the correct answer quickly. Liz is your one stop shop, the complete package, and army of one! Fantastic experience: Liz was great to work with! We sold our home in SC to move back to PA in March of 2020, right at the beginning of the COVID restrictions. We were planning a trip to look at houses in PA but had to cancel because of the restrictions. Liz took us on a virtual tour.
