Fantastic experience: Mike is my favorite person EVER! My fiancé and I were working with a realtor for about a year, but we weren't really getting anywhere. My fiancé's father referred us to Mike and it was the best decision we could've made. He helped us find an amazing lender, and in under 2 weeks, we put an offer on a home and got it! At one point Mike had called me around 8:00pm in the evening and the first thing I asked him was, "do you ever get time off?" We heard about him from my cousin and her husband, who had used Mike as their Realtor for the sale of their home and purchase of another home. Her parents had purchased their home in Lancaster with Mike as well. We trusted my cousin's good judgment enough to call and meet him as soon as we moved to Lancaster County. We really appreciated his calm and patient demeanor, and that he grew up in the Lancaster area and worked in the real estate industry for a significant amount of time. He asked many perceptive questions to gather information as to what we wanted. We never exhausted Mike's professionalism, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and patience (it took seven months and innumerable questions, emails back and forth, and on-site visits to houses until we found our house). He was also extremely proactive whenever we wanted to make an offer: he presented two offers for us on two different houses over the course of the seven months, and both times we won the bid over several other bids. The first house ended up being retracted from the market so we had to keep looking, but his guiding us through the situation was so helpful. When we bid on and won the second house, he made several key suggestions during the inspection process that saved us a good bit of money on the cost of the house. When settlement day came, the process was totally smooth, and we were very glad to have him in our corner. We're very thankful for our experience working with Mike.
