Especially in such a market such as this where inventory is limited and prices are at their highest. We had a number of specific needs we were trying to check off, full in law quarters with a full kitchen, reasonable proximity to Philadelphia, good school district, and a home that we could resell in 6 or7 years without losing money on our investment.
