Fantastic experience: Great team - they go above and beyond and are so friendly. Was locked out of my place and they helped me find a lock smith and wrangled the whole fix for me. Anytime something breaks or pops up, they are on it immediately. Very thankful.

Negative experience: I found this company through airbnb while trying to find a place to stay for my visit to Bozeman. While there were some upfront perks, such as price matching a new place after they cancelled our first reservation, there were many moments where I felt I was being scammed out of certain promises. I am honestly very confused by the amount of good reviews here, because my experience was very different. Neil promised us there would be bikes and private outdoor space in the new reservation, both of which were not included upon arrival. Additionally those requests were met with confusion from Neil, and I had no way to prove it because our previous conversations about amenities had been deleted when he had me book outside the airbnb app. One of the weirdest events was when he told us not to go in the garage or basement because the owner uses it for “storage”…well it was really a long term renter not storage. Pretty weird to claim “storage” when a person is clearly living right below where you can hear their alarm, footsteps, drawers opening, doors closing. This felt like some weird sneaky trick to hide a human being?! Another sneaky trick was not having any house rules listed and then less than 24 hours before checkout sending instructions with specific needs that would cause penalties if not completed. This felt like a purposeful way to trick customers. Neil was very pleasant to work with until we actually arrived for our stay, then it became clear he was just doing so to get us to the spot where we had no choice but to stay. Overall I had no problem with the spot, I just wish there had been more knowledge of what to actually expect. I wasn’t going to leave a critical review but then they emailed me twice to leave a good review, so I thought well why not. Hope you are careful with these guys, idk what their gig is.

Fantastic experience: I've had some great landlords in my life and these guys are up there with the best of them. We actually lived above Neil (one of the owners) in one of their properties which we were a little nervous about, but ended up being great. They were readily available, flexible, professional, and all around very reasonable folks. The rental was in a prime location with the usual amenities in good working order at a reasonable price. They respected our privacy even while living 8ft below us. When something would break, it was fixed in a timely manner. Upon moving out, they did not try to screw us out of our deposit for normal wear and tear as many landlords will. The Property Managers Company is not your everyday slumlord rental agency...it's a grassroots company run by real people. I would not hesitate to rent from them again or use their services if I was a homeowner looking for a property manager.
