She was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs and wants in a home. She was on top of everything and very quick to respond. I feel like she jumped through hoops for my family's first home purchase. I would give her a 20/10 all the way!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Louise - we had an old cabin to sell and she was there every step of the way, helping us with references to get stuff done and lots of good advice. We just closed with some wonderful buyers - I highly recommend her and the realty in general - they also helped us with any legal issues, settlement, online notary - I felt totally supported and will miss talking with Louise a lot!! She is a genuine person and someone I will keep in touch with just because she’s just so nice. I live in Charlottesville and we were selling in Purcellville, so as much as she could she was my liaison so I didn’t have to travel much at all.

We were first time home buyers with a large family. We looked for over a year and a half and it was Marcy herself who found our home for us. From day one she began to work her magic by immediately advertising. She then advised what I should invest in regarding house repairs before listing which was very minimal.
