Positive experience: The indoor pool seems to need a good cleaning. Please ask lifeguards not to put their feet against the glass door of their break room its gross
Positive experience: Good facilities
Negative experience: The lifeguard manager and her boyfriend are disgustingly unprofessional. The manager was massaging her boyfriends shoulders while on the job and as he was on shift he was eating as if he wasn’t just on break. How are you going to properly do your job if you’re eating and getting massaged. Disgusting. He also had his feet up to the window door in the break room where everyone could see his feet up against it and his crotch. EW!!
Negative experience: The older Caucasian lady at the front desk is having a rough day today and made sure to take it out on everyone in line. Not a good look for this place especially on a sunny Friday when the most people are going to the pool.
Positive experience: I have been living here for about a year now. I'm glad I made the choice to move here. The schools are great and the neighborhood is fantastic. The club house is a wonderful addition from the game room to the pools and huge gym. Also the wonderful front desk staff except one older white haired lady that is extremely RUDE but other then that I enjoy the club house and all the amenities.
Fantastic experience: We recently moved here and just: wow! Love the ladies at the front desk. They’re extremely welcoming and helpful! The gym is clean and has the perfect equipment. The indoor pool is such a blessing on cold and rainy days for my kids to let out some energy as well as the game room with old school air hockey and Pac-Man machine. We will be enjoying this place for many years to come!!
Fantastic experience: Nice experience, neat and clean environment, Have gym n pool. Bathrooms are very neat and tidy: Nice gathering room, ballroom. They have different activities for different occasion.
Fantastic experience: Well managed property with all the necessary recreational facilities for the community Friendly staff and neat and clean environment
Fantastic experience: Design build and install by my hand on a golf place
Positive experience: Renovations have taken too long
Negative experience: I’ve lived in Landsdowne my entire life and been lifting at the Landsdowne HOA for several years, this place has always been super neatly kept and the workers have been very friendly.. until they hired this elderly woman. This woman is extremely disrespectful and rude, it is enough to ruin your experience and make you not want to return to the HOA.
Fantastic experience: Omg I just went to this pool yesterday and it was so cool!
Fantastic experience: So cool
Negative experience: Pool is always cloudy and dirty. One lifeguard went asleep on the job with sunglasses and another one told a guest that it wasn’t a lifeguard’s job to vacuum the pool, but they somehow fire the black lifeguard who ALWAYS shows up on time and does his job simply because he got off the lifeguard chair to go to the pump room to add acid to the hot tub. The old guy that gave this kid an attitude acted as if grown adults can’t go unsupervised in a 5 foot pool for a few minutes. Very weird, ignorant, and suspicious. Mind you, the chemicals must be properly adjusted to avoid irritating the skin and eyes of the guests. A female lifeguard that shows up after him is always 10-20 minutes late so why not replace her as well? Finding a new establishment. The way this place is ran is disgusting!
Fantastic experience: Dawn is so friendly and professional he is the only person that cares and helps people. I hope he be here with us for a long time.
Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly and accommodating staff and beautiful facilities!
Fantastic experience: I hope to live there some day!
Positive experience: love the pool and the services
Fantastic experience: Love this neighborhood. So many amenities.
Thank you Ms. Bintz, glad you are enjoying living in Lansdowne on the Potomac.
Negative experience: I have lived in Lansdowne all my life and I can strongly say that the women operating the clubhouse and at the front desk are some of the rudest that I have seen in my life. They do not care about your feelings neither do they care about your life. It is almost disgusting. Fix your workers then expect a better community. It starts with the small things.
Positive experience: I've rarely seen more houses packed together.
Negative experience: It is a nice facility, but the people are not very nice or welcoming. I have been going for 9 Years and I have never been treated with great respect.
Negative experience: Good if you want to get your bikes stolen! I walk in there with a good attitude and nothing but rude women telling me they don’t have outside cameras and I should’ve “locked my bike up better”. Good to hear they’re looking after you. NOT. I’ve been a resident for years and every time we come in the people are never nice and ready to give you a snarky remark about the rules. I would say your better off going to the Lansdowne resort pool.
Positive experience: Attended a family/friend get together. Lovely place, friendly staff
Fantastic experience: Amazing locality, beautiful houses.
Positive experience: Not that impressive
Fantastic experience: Good
