What initially impressed us was how quickly he locked onto listings that fit our needs. Sometimes it is difficult to get your agent to find listings that meet your size/area requirements and your style, but this was not the case with Ron. After our initial consult with him he scheduled 5 showings for homes that were exactly what we were looking for. Once we finally found the home we wanted to make an offer on, Ron went above and beyond to represent our interests to the seller. He helped us negotiate a deal we were very pleased with and since our contract had provisions that the seller was to complete some repairs before the sale, Ron took extra care to make sure these repairs were completed to our standards prior to closing. Throughout our time working with Ron he was extremely responsive and professional. He took great care of us as clients and we would absolutely recommend him to any of our family and friends.
