They know the market and NY area very well so they know the value of the homes so you’re not going in blind. We saw several homes but there was no pressure on purchasing a home that we were not in love with which we really appreciated. Also go with John to do your mortgage. You will thank me later. The amount of back and forth we did when shopping for mortgages was not worth it and the big banks promised things that ended up not being in the documentation. John’s rates are great also. Would highly recommended and do business with them again for my next home.
