Any realtor can be polite and professional, but few are as skilled and knowledgeable as Joseph during the many tours, offers, and negotiations we went through before landing on the right home. LI is a very competitive market. If you want to have the best possible homebuying experience, you have to be willing to be quick and competitive against dozens of other offers. It's hard to do this unless you're confident that you've found the right home. Touring with Joseph is like having a LI homebuying encyclopedia with you, answering anything you want to know (and then some!) The more you know, the more confident and competitive you can be in your search. Not every realtor can offer this skill. His team followed all proper COVID safety protocols during my search.

Fantastic experience: I utilized Joseph with the sale of my house and purchase of another.. Joseph was professional , caring and helpful. Not going threw a transition like this for many years , he was able to complete in a seamless manor.. I would recommend him to anyone.

Negative experience: One of the agents stood us up without so much as a text or phone call. Once she finally called us back (45 mins after our appointment), all she offered was an apology and would not even try to reschedule. Find someone else! Furthermore, her agency, Joseph Anthony & Associates Inc. was supposed to be open at the time of the appointment but the doors were locked with no one in sight.
