Fantastic experience: I'm a former West Coast Realtor and know the difference from a high quality Realtor and a mediocre one. Lisa is a bona fide high quality Realtor. I recently inherited two residential NY properties. One was a house and the other was a lot where a rental house had burned down. I interviewed various Realtors. While all of them had passion to want to list the house, most of them treated the lot like an after thought and failed to prepare a proper listing presentation. One of them even low-balled me on price because she wasn't interested in being the listing agent for the lot. To her credit, Lisa did her listing presentation and was fully prepared for both properties. I selected her as Listing Agent for the lot. She got the lot sold promptly for a good price. Communication from Lisa was excellent for the entire transaction. In retrospect, I probably would have been happy selecting Lisa as Listing Agent for the house too. I would gladly hire her again without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally post Google reviews but Lisa deserves the recognition. My home sale on Long Island was a complex mess dealing with an out of state owner from a trust, a non paying renter that needed eviction, repairs needing to be done on the house, survey issues, etc. Lisa stood by and helped me throughout the entire long process. She was willing to help clear a massive amount of donations, made constant trips to my house to help empty dehumidifier's in the basement (due to water entering from a major storm), worked with the neighbors/lawyers/buyers real estate agent on the survey issues and many other small things I needed done not being in state. Not only did she communicate with me and the client 24/7 but she went out of her way to track down surveys, go to the town to close out permits hand delivered contracts and would follow up with all parties on the transaction. Fantastic experience: I loved working with Lisa Boncich. I was referred to her from a close friend of mine, who also worked with Lisa to find her home. From our first conversation, I knew she was the one. She was so friendly, passionate and knowledgeable about real estate. I felt like I knew her for years after one phone call. She found us a beautiful home which we loved and she made the whole process of buying a new home much easier and less stressful than it seems. It was always fun to go house shopping with her. So much so that when we decided to buy another home (our family grew and we needed more space) of corse we called her again. We are now in our new home and love it even more. Fantastic experience: Lisa is amazing!!! She is very professional and easy going. She also seems to know all there is to know about purchasing a home. I actually got a small state grant towards the purchase of my home which made the process of buying the home complicated to say the least but Lisa navigated me through the whole process with ease! She always picks up the phone when I call or gets back to me quickly. I never felt any pressure to put an offer in on anything, her only concern was if the house was right for me or not. Lisa is just one of those genuinely caring people that you just don’t find anymore . She also has a whole network of home inspectors, financial institutions, insurance people, lawyers, contractors which makes the whole process very easy.
